This paper consists of two parts. In the first part the authors study the effect of Reynolds number on the turbocharger characteristics and suggest a practical calculation method to transform the turbocharger characteristics under standard ambient conditions into those at arbitrary altitudes. In the second part, using the research results of the first part, and summarizing a great number of test data of a vehicle diesel engine of type 6135Q-1 fitted with turbocharger of type 11GJ running at highland in Qinghai and Xizang (Tibet), the authors develop the simplified calcuation originally proposed by Mr. T. Wu [7] to predict the turbocharged high speed diesel engine performance at highland, to enable the errors between the predicted values and the tested values to be less than 5%.

本文包括两个主要部分。第一部分是研究雷诺数对离心式增压器特性的影响,提出了一个把离心式增压器的平原特性换算成任意海拔高度特性的实用方法。第二部分是应用第一部分的研究成果,在总结6135Q—1型柴油机配11GJ型增压器青藏高原实地试验数据的基础上,发展了文献[7]的简化计算方法,使涡轮增压高速柴油机高原性能参数预测值与实测值间的相对误差小于5%。

涡轮增压四冲程柴油机,在其平均有效压力P_e大于1.1 MPa时,其瞬态响应性将恶化。这主要是由于涡轮增压器的滞后所致。在车辆上大都装有一制动用空气压缩机,它可将空气压缩到1.0 MPa,并贮于一钢瓶内。将此高压空气用引射方式来改善发动机的加速性,是切实可行的。本文介绍了该方案的基本原理,采用的具体方案框图及试验结果。
