The shape defects of continuously cast steel include rhomboid and protuberance which often occur in continuous casting. It is rather difficult to analyze the defect-forming mechanism with conventional algorithm-based method because there always exist many uncertain factors in reasoning process. For this reason, an expert system was built and applied to the analyses of the defects with artificial intelligent method. The result indicates that by means of expert system it is effective to realize systematic analyses of the shape defects of the continuously cast steel.And furthermore, it would be helpful to solve such problems in engineering fields.

The related software is developed to realize the solidification simulation of ductile iron and the prediction of threedimensional shrinkage accurately.

以正交实验为基础,从球铁件缩孔形成机制出发,建立了动态体积改变积聚法及结合临界固相率来预测二次缩孔的数学模型。提出了采用数据结构中广度优先搜索的方法对整个铸件进行遍历,来寻找孤立区的大小及孤立区内各单元的具体位置,实现了对二次缩孔定量,定位的预测。根据傅立叶热传导方程及新建数学模型编制了相应的软件,较准确地实现了球铁件凝固过程数值模拟及三维缩孔的预测。

This paper described a kind of technology on in situ preparation of (Ti, Zr)C solid-solution powder with homogenous phase by wet-chemical method. The analysis instrument for particle size and SEM showed the size distribution and morphology of as received solid-solution powder. The components and phase structures wre examined by XRD and Raman spectra. The forming mechanism of the solid-solution powder with homogenous phase was also discussed from the results of DTA-TG Curves.

采用化学共沉淀法原位制备了(Ti,Zr)C均相固溶体粉末.用粒度分析仪和扫描电镜分析粒度大小、分布与形貌.X射线粉末衍射和Raman散射谱表明制得的粉体为均匀的单相固溶体.通过DTA—TG热分析研究了由溶胶混合物形成固溶体的反应过程与机制.
