In the experiment of fungi growth,the diameter of the colony of control was 3.75 cm,while those treated by water extraction were 3.05 cm,2.90 cm,3.31 cm and those treated by decomposing products were 3.57 cm,3.25 cm,3.20 cm.

The product was purified using a process consisted of water extraction , NaCl salting out, NaOH solution washing, freeze crystallization and recrystallization with ethyl acetate.
