According to the 2-liquid immiscibility hypothesis and the study of devitrificationof system ZnO - Al_2O_3 - SiO_2, the authors have successfully made glass-ceramics bymeans of addition of B_2O_3 and obtained a glass-ceramic composition № 6307 of prac-tical value. The glass-forming technology and the condition of devitrification are alsostudied.

作者利用二液分相的原理,在研究了ZnO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系统玻璃析晶条件的基础上,用添加B_2O_3的方法成功地制得了微晶玻璃,获得了一个具有实用价值的№6307微晶玻璃组成。研究了形成玻璃和微晶化的工艺制度,并讨论了B_2O_3对玻璃分相和微晶化的作用。

On the bases of measurement of electrieal conductivity and dielectrical pro-perties, the glass-ceramic composition № 6307 may be recommended as a suitable diele-ctrical material (ρ_(V(180℃)) =10~(12) Q·cm, tgδ_((f-10~6 c/s))=1.5×10(-3),ε_((f-10~6 c/s) =5.4).The results of the microscopic investigation and the theoretical calculation of crystallinephase content devitrified indicate that the change of electrical properties of above-mentioned glasses during quenching and devitrified processes can be explained from theveiw point of liguid immiscibility hypothesis.

在ZnO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2B_2O_3系统中选取了三个典型的微晶玻璃组成,制取了不同淬冷条件的玻璃和不同晶化条件的微晶玻璃。在全面测定材料电导率和介电性能的基础上,推荐了可能作为优良电介质材料的№6307微晶玻璃(pv(180℃)≈10~(12)欧姆·厘米,tgδ(f=10~6周/秒)=1.5×10~(-3)ε(f=10~6周/秒)=5.4)同时,根据微观结构和析出晶相含量的理论计算,从二液分相的观点对上述玻璃在淬冷和微晶化过程中电性的变化规律作了说明。

The transparency of sintered alumina with additives and the effects of some technological parameters on it were introduced. The transparency of sintered alumina with additives and the effects of some technological parameters on it were introduced. It was analysed that the loss of light after it passing through Al2O3 ceramics consists of absorption, reflection and scattering, and that there is a basic law relating to these losses. The effect of pores on the transparency of Al2O3 ceramics was emphasized. According to the experimented results in studying the transparent Al2O3 ceramics, the influence factors of transparency, the purity of initial material, the phase transformation temperature, the additives, the grinding and the sintering schedule, were analysed. It was shown that the refractive index of the grain boundary phase was raised when MgO, La2O3 etc. composite additives were used. Hence the scattering decreased and the transparency of Al2O3 ceramics increased. The transparent sintered Al2O3 ceramics was already used in high pressure sodium vapos discharge lamp and electronic insulation equipments. It is sure that further development will be made in its applications in our country.

本文介绍了氧化铝陶瓷的透光原理和影响透光性的若干因素。文中分析了光通过氧化铝陶瓷时损失的几个组成部分──吸收损失、反射损失和散射损失,以及这几种损失的基本规律,特别是气孔对于Al2O3陶瓷透光性的影响。文中结合研制透明Al2O3陶瓷的实验,从原料纯度、转相温度、外加剂、球磨工艺与烧成工艺等几方面分析了透光性的影响因素。介绍了由于使用MgO,La2O3等复合外加剂,提高了晶粒边界相的折射率,从而减少了散射,提高了Al2O3陶瓷的透光性。透明Al2O3陶瓷已在高压钠灯、电绝缘装置方面得到应用,今后在我国还将得到更大的发展。
