We have studied genetic control of soybean photosynthesis of the progenies of the generative crosses and the relationship between soybean photosynthesis and some botanical characters in the experiments of generative crosses of different type of parents by using infrared CO2 analyzers. We obtained following main results: 1. Apparent photosyn-thetic rate (Pa) of F1 presented significant differences. Low photosynthesis in the different combines presented dominant and recessive phenomena. 2. F2 Pa widely distributed and basically presented continuos single-peak curves. Pa is quantitatitve inheritance. 3. The range of variations of the generalized inheritability of F2 Pa is from 43% to 61%. This shows that it is difficult to select Pa in F2 progenies. 4. Pa has a close positive relation with specific leaf weight, area nitrogen, net photosynthetic productive rate and chlorophyll content during period of pod setting. So that we can use these as simple indicators for selecting Pa in breeding to improve photosynthetic ability of soybean. This experiment shows that we can raise apparent photosynthetic rate by using conscious select. And the apparent economic index may brought into select indicators of breeding to improve ability of photosynthesis of soybean.

本试验用红外线二氧化碳分析仪研究了大豆不同类型亲本有性杂交后代叶片光合作用的遗传控制,以及叶片光合作用与某些植物学特征和性状之间的相关性。其主要结果如下:1、F_1表观光合速率(APR)表观明显差异,低光合作用在不同组合中存在不同程度显、隐现象。2、F_2 APE分散度很广,基本呈连续单峰曲线,APR遗传为数量遗传。3、F_2 APR广义遗传力为43—61%,故在F_2对APR选择是困难的。4、APR和比叶重、叶面积氮素、净光合生产率及结荚期叶绿素含量有密切正相关,可将其做为高光效育种选择APR的简易指标;试验还指出能够有意识通过选择提高APR;同时要把表观经济系数纳入高光效育种的选择指标。

Tongziyian Formation deposited during the late Early Permian in Fujian consists of shallow marine and coal-bearing littoral logoonal fascies and co~ ntiental deposit with a total thickness of 419-870 m. It may be subdivided into three members. The first and third members contain many coal seams and are abundant in fossil plants. The second member is composed of shallow marine claystone which has animal fossils as follows.Altudoceras,Shan-graoceras, Shouchangoceras, Unicisteges crenulata, Pygmochonetes jingxianensis, Neoplicatifera huangi, etc. Studying systematically on the fossil plants from Tianhushan coalfield, Longyian, and Yingting areas the writers have analysed the pattern of feature and the botanical characters of the flora. It consists of 33 genera 80 species distributed separately in Lycopsida, Sphenopsida,Noeg-gerathiales, Filices Pteridospermopsida, Cordaitopsida, Seeds and Plantae insertae sedis. Summarizing the characteristics of the flora it may be called as Gigantonoclea spp.-Tingia carbonica Flora and further divided into two assemblages. The lower is represented by Gigantonoclea spp.and the upper the Cathaysiopteridium fasciculatum (gen. et sp. nov. )-Cordaites principalis

本文论述了福建早二叠世晚期含煤地层,即童子岩组,它是福建省的主要含煤地层,一种典型的海陆交互相沉积。它不仅发育完整,含煤层数多,也含丰富的动植物化石。笔者通过对采自天湖山煤田、龙岩、永定等地植物化石系统研究,总结了早二叠世晚期植物群的面貌和特征。该植物群组成共计33属80种,分属于九大类群,其中以真蕨纲和种子蕨纲的大羽羊齿类和栉羊齿类最丰富为特征,并称之为Cigantonoclea spp.—Tingia carbonica Flora。此外,笔者将该植物群进一步划分为上、下两个植物组合,对早二叠世晚期古气候和古地理作了简要的分析和讨论。

An observation on ten typical longan varieties in three important lon-gan productive regions of Fujian Province (Fuzhou, Putian, Quanzhou) is reported. It attempted to find out the organs of steady inheritance in different varietal populations by means of examination of botanical characters. In order to establish a complete classification of longan varieties, and to be confirmed by enzymology, it will make a further study on the attribution of other longan varieties inside and outside Fujian Province.

研究龙眼品种分类国内尚属空白。本文作者着重对福建三个龙眼主产区(泉州、莆田、福州)的10个主栽品种,探讨品种之间在形态结构上,具有共同遗传性状的稳定器官,作为龙眼品种类群分类模式的划分依据。并从酶学上加以印证。其目的在于为今后建立我国完整的龙眼品种分类。近期研究结果认为龙眼种子的种顶面观最为稳定且易于认别,可作为分类的第一级标准。同时,结合种子上胎座束突起,柱头开裂程度和叶形等,将福建主栽龙眼品种划分为三个品种群(红核仔、油潭本、福眼),六个类。并作出类群分类检索表。
