    Based on the mean monthly and annual temperature data of Nanjing area at 1 000 hPa for the last 40 years, the study of long term climatic variation trend of surface air temperature is conducted, which shows that the variation trend of mean annual temperature is rising, but the monthly trend is different from the annual one. The results show that the spectra measured by Dop-pler acoustic radar are correspondence with sonic anemometer for energy peak and variation trend in low frequency range, n<3×10-2 HZ, but some departures in high frequency range. Therefore, in the convective boundary layer the variation of vertical diffusion coefficients obtained from the Doppler acoustic radar can express the diffusion process well.

This paper analyzes, by means of records of monthly mean temperature in the last 112 years (1873-1984) and the monthly mean sea level pressure fields in the last 110 years (1871-1980), the long-term change in temperature from colder to warmer during overwintering season in Chang Jiang (Yangtze River) Lower Reach, represented by Shanghai data, and the low-frequency fluctuations of large-scale pressure circulation system, associated with the former. It is discovered that in the last 100 years or so, there are similar long-term variation trend in cold warm between early winter (November and December) and late winter (February). The general feature of it is that the temperature in the three months presents itself an increase in tendency: in early 50 years or so there is colder period, namely, the temperature in average of this period is lower than the average temperature of last 100 years, and in late 50 years or so there is warmer period, namely, the temperature in average of this period is higher than it. The transition from colder period to warmer occurred in year 1930 or so.

本文运用上海112年月平均温度资料和1月、10月的月平均海平面气压场110年资料,分析了以上海资料为代表的长江下游地区越冬季节温度由偏冷转向偏暖的长期变化及其有关联的大型环流系统的低频振动。发现近百年中前冬11月、12月和后冬2月这三个月的冷暖长期变化相似,特点是前50年左右偏冷占优势;后50年左右偏暖占优势,相应地10月大型环流中亚洲大陆冷高压的优势是前50年偏强偏东;后50年偏弱偏西,北太平洋高压的变化趋势则是前50年偏弱;后50年偏强。1月气温的长期变化与上述11月、12月和2月的冷暖变化不同,对应的大型环流低频振动也不同。

In this paper, the rainfall data in the late 30 years in East China is analysed. It is found that the variation trend of precipitation between North and South China is marked contrary in the early summer.The trend of North China is above normal in 50's, below normal from 60's to 70's, and with an opposite tendency in the South of Changjiang Valley.By analysing the variation of the sunner monsoon systems in East Asia, a long period of oscillation about 3 to 4 years is also obtained.The interaction between the monsoon oscillation and the variation of sea surfare temperature in east equatorial pacific produce a. feedback couple oscillation.According to the above results, a possible long range weather process model of the sea surface temperature effect on the rainfall distribution in East China through the variation of the summer monsoon systems has been proposed as follows.When the sea surface temperature in East equatorial pacific is higher that normal, the sea surface pressure in the easi equatorial Pacific is lower and the Australian anticycle is stronger, while the walker cell is weakened, the cross equatorial air currents and subtropical anticylones are also strengthened. So the summer monsoon circulation and the middle latitude westerlies in the East Asia are intensified.The precipitation is above normal in North China and below in South China. On the contrary, when the sea surface temperature in east equatorial pacific is cold, the walker cell is intensified and other monsoon systems are all weakened .Then the rainfall is below normal in North China and above normal in South China.

本文通过对东亚季风系统的分析,发现东亚季风存在3—4年左右的长期振荡。这类振荡与赤道东太平洋海面温度变化有相互作用,形成一个相互反馈的耦合振荡过程。据此提出海温通过季风系统的变化影响初夏我国东部地区降水分布的可能长期天气过程。
