In this article, the alloying effect and effective factors of globular and pool stage are reviewed in detail emphatically, When the character of reactive zone in Welding With alloying elements added to the covering of globular and pool stage and it's conditions of physicochemistry are discussed. On the basis of the development of carbon steel core Wires of high-efficicncy stainless electrode, the microprobe and electron scanning methods are employed to investigate the transfer of carbon steel core, the coating. the element distribution in each reaction zone With deposited metal content (or 19%, Ni 9%) of the high-efficiency new Austenitie stainless electrode, metallographic features, microhardness, homogeniety of the contents in microzones and stability of mechanical properties of the welding metal. Through experiments, the characteristies of the stainless electrode and the mechanism of the alloying theory become more clear. Experiments show that. due to rational flux system, the new Austeniti 102Fe high efficiency electrode obtains fine droplet transfer. It not only produces a satisfactory Welding process, high depositing efficiency, but also makes the distribution of chemical elements in micro-zones more even and mechanical properties more stable. Therefore, this investigation. to a certain degree, provides an experimental and theoretical base for the application of the electrode in industry.

本文在讨论药皮过渡合金,熔滴和熔池阶段反应区特点及其物化条件的同时,重点对熔滴和熔池阶段合金化作用及其影响因素做了较详细的论述和分析。在研制碳钢芯高效不锈钢焊条基础上,应用电子探针、电子扫描等测试技术,就新奥102Fe高效不锈钢焊条焊接时各反应区合金化程度、金相组织、显微硬度及焊缝金属化学成分均匀性和机械性能稳定性等问题作了试验和说明。通过试验,对不同合金化方式的不锈钢焊条性能特点及其合金化机理有了进一步认识。试验表明,新奥102Fe高效不锈钢焊条由于渣系设计合理,实现了细颗粒“附壁”过渡形态,不仅具有较满意的工艺性能,较高的熔敷效率,而且熔敷金属化学成分比较均匀,机械性能也是稳定的。因此,本文为该焊条在生产上推广应用,提供了一定的实验和理论分析基础。

Based on the tests, the paper describes an important function of carbon in the metal globular transfer of coated electrode. The oxidation of slag has an effect on functions of carbon in droplet transfer.Strong reducing covering, which entere into a lot of graqhite, often makes the globular thick, when some electrodes are developed, the effective rules of carbon on globular transfer modes are emploged to make the globular thin to improve it'stransfer modes or to repre the oxidation of carbon,so that the spatt-er is reduced and technical level of coated electrode is enhanced.

本文以实验为基础,阐述碳在焊条金属熔滴过渡过程中的重要作用,指出,碳的加入往往使熔滴破碎,造成熔滴的喷射过渡和爆炸过渡,碳的加入方式不同,对熔滴过渡过程的影响程度也不同,通过焊丝和铁合金过渡碳时,对熔滴过渡形态的影响最大;熔渣的氧化性影响到碳在熔滴过渡过程中的作用的发挥程度。加入大量石墨的强还原性药皮,往往使熔滴粗化。在研制某些焊条时,运用碳在焊接时对熔滴过渡形态影响的规律,细化熔滴,改善其过渡形态,或是抑制碳的氧化,以减少飞溅,提高焊条的工艺水平。
