Results revealed that compared with non-rhizosphere soil,wheat rhizosphere soil is a microhabitat fulling of changing. In rhizophere (from 0 ̄4mm): the content of hydrolysabk N, rapid available P, total P decreased slowly,bllt content of total N increased gradually,it was aslo found that content of hydrolysable N,rapid available p,total P accumulated in the rhizosphere area of 1mm from root plane,however...

The results showed that the optimum media in the dry weight (g·L -1 )included: soybean powder 20,sucrose 20,yeast powder 15,the dry weight reached 23.73 g·L -1 ; the optimum media in the polysaccharide consisted of the peanut powder 20, glucose 20, yeast powder 15, the polysaccharide content was 14.28%; When liquid culturing at 72 h,the polysaccharide content reached the peak value of 10.35%, at 96 h the dry weight and the amino nitrogen content got the highest level of 23.73 g·L -1 and 1.25%; the protein content of the mycelium was 28.28% and the amino acids was 17.78%.

研究了鸡菌 (Terminomycesalbuminusos)液体培养过程中 4种不同培养基对菌体得率、菌体多糖和菌体氨基氮含量的影响 ,并对其进行动力学研究。测定了菌体中蛋白质和氨基酸的含量 ,结果表明 :以菌体得率为指标 ,最适培养基为 :蔗糖 2 0g·L- 1,黄豆粉g·L- 1,酵母粉 15g·L- 1,菌体得率为 2 3.73g·L- 1。以菌体多糖为指标 ,最适培养基为 :花生粉 2 0g·L- 1,葡萄糖 2 0g·L- 1,酵母粉 15g·L- 1,菌体多糖为 14.2 8% ;深层培养 72h ,菌体多糖含量最高达 10 .35% ,培养至 96h ,菌体得率、菌体氨基氮含量最高 ,分别为 2 3.73g·L- 1和 1.2 5% ;菌体蛋白质含量为 2 8 2 8% ,氨基酸含量为 17.78%。
