The result showed: in comparison with their Parents the Peroxidase isozyme patterns of th?tow hybrid combinations (F1)were different in the different developmental stage.They were either hybrids zymogram or complementary zymogram and They possessed richer peroxidase isozyme than their Parents. The Peroxidase enzymatic activity of tow hybrid combinations(F1) was higher than taeir Parents in four different developmental stages and increased along with the increment of developmental time starting from seedling stage. The result was similar to the report of J. M. Dunlealy et al. about Peroxidasse Activity in Roots and Leave of soyheans. This showed The genetic quality of tow hybrid combinations(F1) from the Parthenogenesis was improved and their gene expression level was higher than their parents.

本文利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法分析了孤雌来源的杂交油菜:F_1(3529 ×奥罗)F_1(3529—5×瑞士—5)及其亲本的过氧化物酶在不同发育期的同工酶谱和过氧化物酶的总酶活。结果表明:两个杂交组合(F_1)的过氧化物酶同工酶谱与其亲本比较,为杂种酶谱型或为互补酶谱型,并具有比亲本(或亲本之一)更丰富的同工酶谱。其过氧化物酶的酶活均高于亲本,而且随发育时间的增加而增加。表明孤雌生殖来源的两个杂交组合(F_1)的遗传素质得到改良,基因表达水平高于相应的两亲本。
