Results After depilation, the skin color of those mice turned from pink (telogen) to black (anagen) in day 5～6 and turned from gray (catagen) to pink (telogen) in day 17～19. Histologically, anagen (substage IV) took place in day 5～6, changed to catagen in day 17～19, and entered telogen in day 20 after depilation.
Our results indicated that the evaluation of the baseline and end value of the skin color parameters for 3 products (20.0%) had some significant difference after 8 weeks application, but the other 12 products did not do.
The foot skin color,skin temperature,degree of tumefaction,rage of gangrene,ability of walking,degree of pain were observed and C-reactive protein (CRP),fibrinogen (Fib) in plasma were detected before and after the treatment respectively.
Methods Using C57BL6 mice as animal model, hair shafts of 25 mice were depilated by wax/resin mixture to induce the hair follicles from telogen to anagen. Skin color and histological changes were observed daily.
The 13 patients in amputated group had high incidence of symptoms such as diminished or disappeared arterial pulse in the suffered limb,changed skin color,and compared with salvaged group,there was significantly different (P<0.01).
