The result of the 4th treatment (7.5 t/hm~2 BFGD and 1200 m~3/hm~2 leaching (water)) was the best in this experiment, the germination rate of sunflower is up to 92.5%, ESP, pH and TDS had dropped to 15%, 7.7% and 15% from initial 63.5, 9.15 and 0.65%, respectively.
The germination rate of Chinese chestnut was 81.7% and increaced 25.7% compared with original by using ABT3 with 15 mg/kg to treat seeds, and root length, root quantity and fresh weight increased 33.3%, 66.7% and 20.0% respectively.
The results demonstrated that the seed treated with water-retaining agent could enhance germination rate by 4.2%～5.5% and shorten germination period by 1～2 d,and water-retaining agent used in seedling transplantation could enhance respiration rate by 25.97%～53.57%,the diameter of flower was enlarged by 26.08%～66.40% and total florescence was prolonged by 2～9 d.
The cotyledon axis was induced to outgrow differentiation shoots on solid MT medium with 1 mg·L~(-1) 6-BA, 0.2 mg·L~(-1) IAA and 1 mg·L~(-1) GA_3 and the germination rate was raised, the propagation coefficiets were increased more than 20 times.
The optimized initial and proliferous medium were MS+BA_(1.0)+IBA_(0.1) or MS+BA_(2.0)+NAA_(0.1) and MS+BA_(2.0～3.0) respectively, on which both germination rate and strong bud rate were higher than 70%.
The results were as follows:(1) The best medium for in vitro germination of immature embryos was l/2MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L on which germination time was fifteen days after culture and the germination rate was 79.29%.
All five populations have an opposite pyramid age structure, few coning plants, few seed production, and low level of seed germination rate or sterility.
A principal-component analysis revealed that the species were distributed along two statistically independent axes, the first primarily represented the germination rate and the second represented the time of germination process.
Microspore pretreatment with cytochalasin B and colchicine followed by the treatment with serotonin, dopamine, or peroxides decreased the germination rate.
