In case any damage or pathological process involves these two areas, hypothalamic syndrome (HTS) will be resulted and there will be abnormalities in the biorhythm of the individual.The author would like to put forward a biophysical model of the human bioclock. It is known that the bioc.lock is a grand system consisting of two clusters of neurons which lie near the third ventricle, a space filled with cerebrospinal fluid. The neurons of each of the subsystems are subject to a formularily marshalled potential well, which seperated from the barrier potential in dispersive state.The bioactive matters in the potential well are various subcellular organelles and cytoplasm in a macromolecular coacervative state. From the point of view of molecular biology, the grand system, the subsystems and the subcellular organelles all are ussues complying with the quantum bioloical laws.The author tends to put out a valid Hamiltonian operator for the grand system and solve the quantum biological equation of the bioclock, that is. th Schrodinger's equation of the public electrons in the bioclock. Under the first and second approximations, the energy level formula of the subsystems of the bioclock and the functions of the carrier wave and orbital wave of a chain of neurons are obtained. Moreover, in the second approximation, the amplitude of the carrier wave is found to be closely relatrrd to the input signal to the bioclock at the place of arrangement position. The carrier wave of the subsystem of the bioclock is much more complicate than the eigen carrier wave. There may appear a split of the electronic energy level.The quantum state of the binding biomacromolecules is not the basic state of the quantum mechanics. There are many classes of the laws in quantum biomechanics for the orderly structure originating from the living material. This makes the living material enter an excited state which is controlled by the interaction between the inner and outer portions of an open system.

Another one was identified as. heteropeucenin-5-methoxy-7-methyl ether.In addition, two other compounds were obtained Which were new chromones and named perforatin A and B. Their structures were established. as shown in formula Ⅲ and Ⅳ respectively.Bioactive test of these chromones is in progress.

从苦木科牛筋果属植物牛筋果(Harrisonia perforate(Blanco)Merr.)根中分得四种色原酮化合物,(1)异前胡色原酮-7-甲醚,(2)异前胡色原酮-5-甲氧基-7-甲醚。其余两种是新化合物命名为牛筋果色原酮甲、乙,其结构如Ⅲ,Ⅳ式所示。
