本文通过模型试验,测定了在不同的条件下,死料柱形状的变亿,确定了软溶带的形状及位置与死料柱形状的函数关系。同时,在有浮力的作用下,测定模型内炉料的压力和风压的变化,探讨渣铁浮力对炉料运动及高炉操作的影响,论述了连续出铁的实际意义。

通过模型试验,测定了在不同条件下,死料柱形状的变化,确定了软熔带的形状及位置与死料柱形状的函数关系,同时,在有浮力的作用下,测定模型内炉料的压力和风压的变化,探讨渣铁浮力对炉料运动及高炉操作的影响,论述了连续出铁的实际意义。

This paper reports the study on measuring kilowatt-hour meter error by means of combining hardware of microcomputer with its software. The theoretic base, principle and error analysis of this method are disiussed in this paper. The accuracy is also given which can be reached by means of this method according to the present condition of hardware.

本文简述了利用微机硬软件技术相结合对电度表误差进行测试的研究工作。讨论了理论根据,工作原理及误差分析,并指出在目前微机硬件条件下用此方法能达到的测试精度。
