Due to its land forming and ecomony changing process, it has the basic characteristic that its spatial administrative system separates from its spatial economic pattern. In the next construction layout of the great Pudong Area, Nanhui Area is standing on a central location. Its social and econmic development will have effect on the development of Pudong, Shanghai and even the Changjiang Delta. This paper, based on a long time investigation, shows the inherent law of the administrative region evolution and the root of irrational status. It proposes the basic concept of following the law of history in modifying the regionization from spontaneity to selfhood. This is of great theoretical significance and practical value in the reform of local administrative region.

This paper analyzes the region evolution of FDI in China. FDI in China mainly focuses on East region. 本文分析了1991-2003年间外商在华直接投资的区位变迁及其特征。外国直接投资高度集中在东部地区,“入世”后,外商在华直接投资呈现“北上”的趋势,“西进”趋势不明显,而且外国直接投资在东、中、西部地区省际间的分布存在严重的不平衡。本文还归纳了外商在华直接投资区位变迁的影响因素,包括基础设施、市场因素、劳动力因素、优惠政策、产业集群效应,并在此基础上,提出了调整引资政策、促进外国直接投资向中西部地区流动的对策。

In region growing processing step, the threshold is increased gradually, so the optimal segmentation results are obtained by dynamic optimizing the energy model. Comparative experimental results show that this algorithm performs better obviously in automatic optimal threshold selection, processing speed and segmentation veracity than conventional region growing algorithm.

为克服经典区域增长算法中门限选择困难、分割稳定性不高与串行处理速度慢的不足,提出了基于区域进化的快速区域增长图像分割算法。引入了新的区域能量表示模型,并给出了迭代进化形式。在区域增长过程中,逐渐增加区域增长的门限,通过对能量函数的动态优化来逼近最佳分割结果。仿真实验表明,该方法能有效地避免经典区域增长算法中门限选择的困难,采用区间连通处理技术代替单一像素串行迭代处理方式,可使分割速度提高十多倍。
