ATP showed a rapid in-crease in the light and a subsequent rapid decrease in the dark in both chloroplasticand cytoplasmic fractions. The changes of ATP/ADP ratio in the cytoplasm re-sembled those in the chloroplast. Triose phosphate was found to accumulate inthe cytoplasm rather than in the chloroplast. The activity of cytoplasmic3-phosphoglyceraldehyde dehydrogenase showed a decrease, while that of chloro-plastic enzyme showed an increase, after the light was turned on. Pyruvate contentin green cells was found to decrease in the light and increase in the dark. The invitro activity of cytoplasmic 3-phosphoglyceraldehyde dehydrogenase decreasedrapidly when the ATP/ADP ratio rose above 1, while that of the chloroplasticenzyme remained high when ATP/ADP ratio rose to about 4.According to the above results, it was suggested that glycolysis in the mesophyllcells of green leaves was inhibited by light. The controlling factor was the increasedATP/ADP ratio which affected the activity of the cytoplasmic 3-phosphoglyceralde-hyde dehydrogenase.

Zinjin, have resulted in the high ratio of Therophytes (19.3) and low ratio of Phanerophytes (38.4%), the ratio of Ph. is much lower than Mount. Wuchao(74.4%), Mount. Lianhua (71.4%) in real subtropical zone, even lower than Southern Mount. Wutai (47.7%).There are 8 types of vegetation in Mount. Zijin. They are Formation Pinus rnassoniana, Form. Pinus thunbergii, Form. Liquidambar formosana. Form. Robinia pseuodacacia, Form. Dalbergia hupeana, Form. Quereus acutissima, Form. Quereus fabri and Form. Quercus varibilis. Form. Pinus masoniana, and Form. Pinus thunbergi, pioneer communities, will be replaced by Form. Liquidarnbar forrnosana, and Form. Dalbergia hupeana, which will in turn be replaced again by Form, Queraus fabri and Form. Quercus variabilis, and these last two will be relatively stable.According to principal component analysis and history records, we know soil depth, soil water, human activity and light factor are the main controlling factors in the distribution, development and succession of community in Zinjin Mountain.

紫金山有种子植物389属、627种,其中包括苦槠(Castanopsis scerophylla)、紫楠(Phoebe sheareri)青冈(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)等6种常绿乔木,它的区系地理成分较为复杂,而且具有明显的温带-热带过渡特征。在15个分布区类型中,北温带成分最多,83属(21.3%);泛热带成分次之,63属(16.2%)。人为活动在紫金山有着悠久的历史,在人的影响下,高位芽植物在紫金山只有38.4%,远远低于中亚热带的午潮山(74.4%)、莲花山(71.4%),甚至低于暖温带的南五台山(47.7%),一年生植物在此却高达19.3%。紫金山有马尾松群系、黑松群系、枫香群系、洋槐群系、黄檀群系、麻栎群系、白栎群系、栓皮栎群系等8个类型。马尾松、黑松群系是演替先锋群落,将被枫香、黄檀群系取代,枫香、黄檀群系又将被栓皮栎、白栎群系取代,栓皮栎、白栎群系则相对稳定。主分量分析和历史记录表明:在群落演替、发育、分布过程中,土壤厚度、土壤水分、人为活动和光照条件是主要的约束因子。
