The wearing and leaking features of the sealing ring was studied on a simulated test unit. The tests show that when the internal grease pressure is greater than the external pressure, wearing of ring seal has no effect on sealing reliability. The life of ring seal exceeded 150 hours before any wearing failure occurred leakage of lubricant becomes controlling factor....

碟形圈密封是目前采用的两种主要钻头密封形式之一,具有O形圈所不及的优点——单向性及压力补偿作用。本文通过台架单元试验,研究碟形圈密封的摩擦及油脂漏失规律。 在模拟台架上(温度低于80℃),当腔内油脂压力大于腔外介质压力时,碟形圈的摩擦磨损不影响密封的可靠性,其纯磨损寿命已超过150小时,而油脂漏失则成为主要问题。本文通过试验得出了碟形圈密封漏失量的经验公式,并对轴向振动的影响进行了修正。最后提出了一种碟形圈密封的设计方法,供实际参考。

With the study of petrology and geochemistry, the diagenesis has been studied in detail, which includes micritization, cementation, solution, silicification, dolomitization, compaction, pressure solution, fracturing and filling. Micritization often forms micrite envelope on bioclast margin in shallow sea floor. Cementation can be clearly distinguished in three periods, which forms in different environments and reduces the primary porosity in different extent. There are mainly three periods of dissolution in this area, which create a lot of effective reservoir spaces. The silicification is formed in burial epidiagenetic environment and occurs universally in Keping area. Three kinds of dolomites are recongised in the area. They are micrite dolomite, algal dolomite and crystalline dolomite. The micrite and algal dolomite are formed by penecontemporaneous dolomitization, the crystalline dolomite is formed by deep burial dolomitization. Compaction and pressure solution ordinaryly make porosity reduce greatly, because of late dissolution accompanying pressure solution, porosity and permeability could be increased. Fracture is mainly formed with tectonization and increases permeability. The carbonate rocks in the area have undergone the following complex diagenetic environment: marine phreatic, meteoric phreatic, shollow-deep burial diagenetic and epigenetic environment. The pores of accumulation stage are formed in deep burial diagenetic environment, the principal controlling factors are deep burial dolomitization, solution in deep burial and epigenetic environment.

塔里木盆地北部寒武系以碳酸盐岩沉积为主,成岩作用主要有泥晶化、胶结、溶蚀、硅化、白云石化、压实、压溶、破裂和充填作用等,其中以胶结、白云石化和溶蚀作用最为广泛。泥晶化作用主要是在生物碎屑的边缘形成泥晶套,它形成于海底环境。胶结作用明显地分为3期,分别形成于不同的环境,不同程度地降低了原生孔隙度。溶解作用亦可分为3期,形成该区最有效的储集空间。硅化作用在柯坪地区较为强烈,主要形成于埋藏至表生成岩环境。该区的白云岩主要有3种类型,泥晶白云岩和藻屑白云岩主要由准同生白云石化作用形成,结晶白云岩主要由埋藏白云石化作用形成。压实和压溶作用可使岩石孔隙度降低,但由于伴随压溶作用发生的深解作用,使孔隙度和渗透率得以提高。裂缝的形成与构造运动有关,并可以提高岩石的渗透率。成岩环境有大气淡水潜流、海底潜流、浅埋藏、深埋藏和表生成岩环境,聚集期孔隙主要形成于深埋藏成岩环境,并主要受深埋藏白云化作用、深部溶蚀作用和古表生溶蚀作用的控制。图版1图3表1参6
