This paper describes the flotation-precipitation process which has been used to purify the mill effluents,in which the contents of Pb,Zn,Cu,Sb,As,Cd,CN~-and xanthate exceed the national industrial water discharge standard.Effluents can be purified under the standard of industrial water discharge only by conventional, inexpensive reagents and concurrently,some valuable metals can be recovered from the effluents. The effluents contain(rag/1):3.75 Cu,80.78 Pb,31.75 Zn,20.90 Fe,0.33 Cd, 58.33 Sb,2.52 As,6.40 CN~-,xanthate...

This paper describes the flotation-precipitation process which has been used to purify the mill effluents,in which the contents of Pb,Zn,Cu,Sb,As,Cd,CN~-and xanthate exceed the national industrial water discharge standard.Effluents can be purified under the standard of industrial water discharge only by conventional, inexpensive reagents and concurrently,some valuable metals can be recovered from the effluents. The effluents contain(rag/1):3.75 Cu,80.78 Pb,31.75 Zn,20.90 Fe,0.33 Cd, 58.33 Sb,2.52 As,6.40 CN~-,xanthate 0.83,S~=<0.5,cyanide complex accounting for 79.5%.The pH value of the effluents is 6.5. In order to break the complex,sulfuric acid is first added into the waste water, regulating pH to a reasonable value.Then,sodium sulfide is added,making most of heavy metal ions precipitate as sulfides.And finally,flotation is employed to separate them from water. After the breakage of the complex,the separated heavy metal xanthates can be floated by aeration (ion flotation);all the precipitates being able to float after the addition of small amount of xanthate (precipitation-flotation);suspensions in the effluents (fine-size lead-antimony mineral) floating together with precipitates (ultrafine flotation).This process is a combination of ion flotation,precipitation-flotation and ultraflne flotation.The froth product can be combined into the mill concentrates.By flotation,Cu,Cd,As and xanthate in waste water can be purified under the industrial water discharge standard.More than 85 percent of Pb,Sb,Zn and some 50 percent of CN~- can be removed respectively. The residual contents of Pb,Sb,Zn and CN~-haven't come up to the standard, needing further treatment.For purification,iron sulfite and lime are added into tail water respectively.Molysite reacts with cyanic ions forming the precipitate of iron cyanide complex.Lime makes part of sulphate form the precipitate of calcium salt, while most of it being hydroxide precipitate.The effect of purification is good because of the co-precipitation of hydroxide. This paper makes a detailed description of the influential factors in the process of effluents purification,such as pH value,the reacting time of sulfuric acid,the amount and reacting time of sodiun sulfide,amounts of xanthate and iron Sulfite and the reduction of the amount of H_2S,etc.The optimum value is given as a controlling factor of the effluent purification process.

There exist extensive distributions of porphyry MO-CU deposits associat- ed with a series of calc-alkaline intruded and subvolcanic rocks in the circum —Pacific belt.Both rocks and deposits are so closely related in time and space that many geologists believe that a cause-and-effect relation ship exists betwe- en the ignous rocks and mineralizations.While the rock masses related to both types of ore deposits differ slightly in charaeteristic and their mineral associ- ations and content of major components are also not alike,they are really similar in construction of ore deposits,processes of wall-rock alteration and formation of ore minerals.In view of the transitional relation of the features of mineralization,it is generally accepted that their geneses are just the same. In the paper,there are accumalated a lot of petrochemical data from 53 rock masses related to porphyry MO-CU ore forming in circum-Pacific belt, including the interior of Main Continent of China.The correlation between types of mineralizations and chemical compositions is compared and studied, and the correlation between types of mineralizations and evolution of magma as well.The controlling factors of mineralizing types are investigated in detail on the basis of multivariate statistical methods such as R-mode cluster analysis and factor analysis,etc..A mathematical model is presented with application of fuzzy k-mean cluster analysis for the prediction of mineralizing types.

本文对环太平洋地区53个与斑岩钼、铜矿床有成因联系的侵入岩体的控矿专属性进行了研究。对矿化类型与岩石化学组分之间的关系进行了统计分析和对比,从而阐明了矿化类型与岩浆演化之间的关系。作者在传统的岩石化学研究方法基础上,进一步应用 R 型聚类分析和因子分析等多元统计方法提取有用信息。并从应用角度,运用模糊集合论中隶属函数的概念,研究已知控矿岩体矿化类型的划分,建立评价矿化岩体矿化类型的数学模型。

以辽宁四道沟金矿区的部分有代表性地质样品分析结果为依据.通过多元统计分析.结合地质观察对矿区地质控矿因素进行了分析;得出了不同层次地球化学背景场的演化有利于金矿的形成.不同岩性、岩脉对金的成矿有一定的选择性但不具专属性,以及韧性剪切带不是控矿的主要构造等结论.
