The results are summarized as follows. 1.No difference was noticeable among different types of clay minerals with respect to the effect of the nature of complementary ions on the availability of the exchangeable cations. 2.As a complementary ion,the higher the degree of saturation of calcium,the lower the availability of the exchangeable magnesium.Similarly,magnesium as a complementary ion has also the same effect on the availability of exchangeable mag- nesium as calcium does on magnesium. 3.The availability of exchangeable potassium increases with the increase of the degree of saturation of calcium functioning as a complementary ion to the exchangeable potassium.But,to the contrary,potassium as a complementary ion affects the availa- bility of exchangeable calcium in the reverse direction.Situation is just about the same between the mutual effect of the exchangeable magnesium and potassium. 4.Results from illitic series of the cultural media showed that with respect to the availability of exchangeable potassium,calcium as a complementary ion is preferable to magnesium,and with respect to the availability of exchangeable calcium,potassium as a complementary ion is superior to magnesium. 5.From the results,it seems that under the conditions of the same base exchange capacity and the same amount of exchangeable potassium content,calcium clay will afford more available potassium as compared with hydrogen clay.This gives a new explanation of the disadvantages of the acid soil and adds to the support for liming an acid soil.According to the author's opinion,the reported deficiency of available calcium supply in some of the alkali soils,in which the total calcium content was known to be sufficient,may be explained from the standpoint of the unfavorable effect of the complementary ion (Na) on calcium. 6.Suggestions are made that rational application of mineral fertilizers should be made according to the status of the exchangeable cations of the soil.It is rather the degree of saturation of the exchangeable cations and the nature and proportion of the complementary ions than the absolute amount of the nutrients as such or the total percentage content of them on the soil weight basis,that will count in order to afford sufficient quantities of available cations for the nutrition of the plants.The unit of fertilization rate (dosage) is,indeed,a relative concept (relative to the base exchange capacity) and not an absolute weight or an ordinary percentage concept. 7.Attempts were made to explain the effect of different complementary ions on the availability of exchangeable cations by the concept of exchange bonding energy of the various cations.The explanation is serviceable in limited cases.More work is yet to be done before a satisfactory theory can be found to fully explain the com- plementary ion effect. 8.It is reasonable to doubt whether some of the antagonistic phenomena between cations observed on the plants growing in soil reported by physiologists are actually physiological problems at all.Might not these be just matters of complementary ion effects in the soil?

The results are summarized as follows: 1. Free Fe oxide level in the soils appears in the sequence of calcareous >neutral>acid; amorphous Fe oxide—neutral>acid>calcareous; degree of activation of free Fc oxide—acid>neutral>calcareous. Complexed Fe oxide is higher in neutral soils and complexed Al oxide is highest in acid soils. The content of amorphous Al oxide in acid soils is 5~30 times higher than in the neutral or calcareous soils. 2. The quantities of free Fe oxide, amorphous Fe oxide and amorphous Al oxide of<0.02mm organo-mineral complexes in the neutral soils are 32.8~58.3, 68.3~91.8 and 66.7~93.0%, respectively, of the soil. Complexed Fe and Al oxides accumulate in <0.002mm and 0.01~0.002mm organo-mineral complexes. 3. Organic manure has significant effects on amorphous Fe and Al oxides and complcxed Fe and Al oxides in neutral soils. The correlation coefficients of organic matter with amorphous Fe and Al oxides and with complcxcd Fe and Al oxides arc 0.9433, 0.4950, 0.9412 and -0.8322, respectively, and there is an antagonistic effect between complexed Fc oxide and complcxcd Al oxide (r=-0.7998). Organic manure application favours the formation of Fe-humus complexes in purple paddy soils under water-dry rotation.

本文研究了四川盆地9种紫色水稻土有机无机复合体中铁、铝氧化物的组成。结果表明,游离铁为钙质紫色水稻土>中性紫色水稻土>酸性紫色水稻土,无定形铁为中性紫色水稻土>酸性紫色水稻土>钙质紫色水稻土,游离铁活化度为酸性紫色水稻土>中性紫色水稻土>钙质紫色水稻土,络合态铁以中性紫色水稻土较高,络合态铝以酸性紫色水稻土最高,酸性紫色水稻土无定形铝比中性和钙质紫色水稻土高5~30倍。在中性紫色水稻土中,<0.002mm粒级有机无机复合体游离铁、无定形铁和铝分别为土壤的32.8~58.3%、68.3~91.8%和66.7~93.0%;络合态铁、铝集中分布在<0.002mm和0.01~0.002mm有机无机复合体中,有机肥施用对无定形铁和络合态铁、铝具有明显的影响。有机质与无定形铁、铝和络合态铁、铝的相关系数分别为0.9473、0.4950、0.9412和-0.8322。络合态铁和铝间具有明显的拮抗作用(r=-0.7998)。在水旱轮作下,施用有机肥有利于紫色水稻土铁—腐殖质复合的形成。

The experiment showed that cultured this bacteria on rotary shaker for 112 hours in NYDA medium and the antifungi activity of cultural filtrate reached the highest value.The pH7 of medium was the most suitable for production of antifungi substances.The production of antifungi substances varied with medium volue in 250 ml coned flastic.The rice powder and beau cake powder was the most suitable carbon source and nitrogen source respectively.Acidifing the cultural filtrate to pH4 was the best method for its storing. The minimum inhibition density of cultural filtrate to Fasarium vasin fectum is 1/2318 (cultural filtrate/medium).

枯草芽孢杆菌B-903菌株是从郑州果园中筛选出的,它代谢产生的抗菌物质对多种植物病原菌具有强抑制作用。通过对其抗菌物质产生条件的研究认为,在NYDA培养液中,培养液初始pH值为7时,最有利于抗菌物质的产生;振荡培养112h,培养滤波的抑菌活性可达最大值;不同初始接菌量对抗菌物质的产生时间影响不大;在250ml三角瓶中,随装液量减少,培养液抑菌活性有增大趋势;大米粉和豆饼粉是最适合产生抗菌物质的碳、氮源;调节培养滤液pH值至4为抑菌活性物质最简便的保存方法,振荡培养112h的培养滤液的最低抑菌浓度为稀释2318倍。
