The results showed that the calcium-phosphorus metabolism and bone metabolism were abnormal in children and adolescents with IDDM, and it may be regarded as the beginning of diabetic osteoporosis. The diabetic osteoporosis was underlain by a continuous evolution from secondary hyper- to hypo-parathy-roidism. In addition, the decrease of serum T3 in IDDM subjects may probably reduced the disturbance of calcium-phosphorus metabolism.

    Serum Ca, P, AKP, plasma iPTH, cAMP, urinary Hyp and BMC were measured in 31 cases of Graves' disease. The results showed that about 66.67% of the patients (including 21 controlled and 10 uncontrolled cases) had a decreased BMC, while serum Ca, P, plasma iPTH, cAMP were within the normal range. The data also showed that about 54.6% of the patients had increased serum AKP, but it would not exceed 25 U if no hepatic disease existed.     本文观察了刺五加对模拟失重大鼠承重骨骨质丧失的改善作用。测定结果表明刺五加能显著提高胫骨生长率、提高股骨的硬度、挠度和抗外力的强度、增加股骨中钙、磷和蛋白质的百分含量;同时降低脂肪含量,并促进大鼠恢复期股骨钙的沉积。上述结果说明刺五加确有强筋壮骨的作用,可以缓解和改善模拟失重因素对大鼠承重骨所产生的不良影响。
