The influence of the metamophic materials on the sintering layer′s chemical composition and on the crystalline state is discussed. The result thows that the structure of the sintering layer can be thinned down and the phenomenon of brittlely cracking in the sintering layer may be eliminated by use of appropriate dynamics metamophic materials.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is one of developing technologies of Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing (RPM). The work is focused in design of the SLS equipment on the Multifunctional Rapid Prototyping System (M-RPMS) made in China,determination of laser scanning process for different SLS materials and RP data processing. The data processing steps are determined based on the schedule of data processing software,The relationship of scanning paths with laser power,scanning speed,diameter of laser beam and overlap coefficient for adjacent scanning lines is also determined. The SLS parts with Fe-Ni -Cr alloy composite powder are made using our M -RPMS equipment.

在多功能快速成形设备上实现了激光选区烧结(SLS)功能。SLS过程的加工参数中影响最大的参数为扫描速度、激光功率、粉末层厚与重叠系数。对于系统机械惯性的影响、激光扫描路径规划、扫描速度与激光功率的匹配、以及加工参数选择进行了研究,得到了精度较高的SLS原型坯件。
