With the development of science and technology and the social economy, it is no longer suitable for the change of social demand that higher vocational education only focuses on the training of operational skills.
The administration idea in higher vocational college must transform from only paying attention to the temporary employment in order to attract the students and gain the best economic benefits to training the students’integrative professional quality through improving the teaching quality in higher vocational education,and focusing on the students’whole career and individual development in order to meet the demand of social development.
