The chemical stoichiometry of the complex reactions in the coal-water slurry gasification process is studied and a mathematical model and program for computation of the equilibrium compositions are presented. When the composition of feed and the operation conditions are given, the equilibrium composition can be calculated from the thermodynamic data.The calculated compositions agree with those experimentally determined in literature.

The fields of temperature and velocity at various sections along axis of tube are obtained by numerical solution from the momentum and energy equations. The drag coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of COM as it is flowing through the pipe and is heated up around the entire pipe while keeping pipe wall temperature at constant are calculated. The results are compared with 165 sets of resistance data and 408 groups of heat transfer data determined experimentally.

本文报道了煤粉重量浓度为0—69%,温度为14—120℃3范围内,由大庆重油、水与平顶山煤粉配制成的各种油煤浆及水煤浆的流变特性及其变化规律的研究结果。对运动、能量方程采用数值求解,得到了圆管内沿轴向不同截面上的温度和速度分布,计算了阻力系数及恒壁温加热时对油煤浆的放热系数,计算结果与165组流阻及408组传热实验数据进行了对比。
