Adding below 5%(wt) of graphite in high aluminium zinc based ally ZA-27, the composite remains higher mechanical properties and its frictional coefficient and the rate of wear reduce by a big margin. All these reveal a very bright future in application of this composite.

The average dynamic FC of four kinds of samples treated under different temperatures was reduced in dry and damp condition as brake pressure and energy were raised.

A new non asbestos reinforced fiber PSF pups were present in this paper. It has good high temperature resistant properties. The friction material reinforced with PSF pups has stable frictional coefficient and low wear. The properties of PSF pups were characterized by DDV, TG, and SEM. Compared with other non asbestos fiber, PSF pups showed advantages and would have wide used and bright future in non asbestos friction material.

本文研究一种新型摩阻材料增强纤维砜芳纶浆粕,它具有卓越耐高温性能,以砜芳浆粕增强摩阻复合材料制品具有稳定摩擦系数和较低磨耗。该纤维在无石棉摩阻材料行业呈良好开发前景。
