Taurine-salicylic Schiff base was successfully synthesized from salicylaldehyde and taurine((1∶1))in the solution of alcohol,then its Cu complex was made from the Schiff base and Cu(Ⅱ),structure of the complex was verified by IR.
Cu complex of taurine-salicylic schiff base was prepared. Catalytic activity of the complex in the micelles of(different) surfactants(SDBS,CTAB or OP-10)for decomposition of H_2O_2 was investigated. The effects of different(conditions)(such as pH and concentrations of H_2O_2)were also investigated.
In order to find one metal back electrode material which can obtain higher conversion effficiency at obviously lower cost, the effects of different metals on properties of CdTe solar cells are also studied,As initial research and production of large area CdTe integrated solar cell modules, structure designs of vacuum co-operation equipment and annealing equipment for large area ZnTe/ZnTe:Cu complex films, thickness uniformity of and annealing temperature uniformity on the complex films are discussed. New annealing processing is put forward.
