Remodelling of certain parts of the EP were made. This included the metallic shell, the hopper, and the scraper conveyer. Minor changes in the design of the supply and its control system were also undertaken. Operational parameters were scrutinized and refined. It was discovered through trial runs that the voltages and secondary currents in the back field and in the front field were inter-dependent. It was thus postulated that precipitating efficiency tended to be directly related to field current, and had nothing to do with field voltage. Based on such an understanding, it was decided to operate under non-flash over conditions.Operations of the EP for an extented period of more than two years proved without doubt that the remodelling measures were on the right track. In the meantime, EP efficiency has reached a level of around 98%, with dust emissions of 150 mg/m3 being much lower than allowed by environmental regulations. Furthermore, Fewer EP failures and lower maintenance cost are claimed. With more chemicals recovered and better cleaning of flue gases, economical and enviromental benifits are acquired.

吉林造纸厂300吨浆/日碱回收炉选用BDX-40型静电除尘器与之配套,傲为烟气净化设备。在设计阶段,参照国内有关电除尘运行实践,在结构上进行一些改进,对工艺参数进行慎重的选择,对原供电及控制系统进行局部改进。并且通过试验中的发现,采用了无闪络运行。 两年多的运行实践表明本台电除尘器结构的改进,运行中对控制系统的改进以及采用无闪络运行的方式是可取的。表现为故障频率低,除尘效率保持在98%左右,排烟含尘低于国家允许标准(150mg/m~2),维修费用少,回收了大量化学药品,净化了烟气,达到了经济、环境两种效益双丰收。

Insufficient H_2S feedstock causes the underload start-up. A seriels of problems such as carbon deposition in the catalyst bed, sulfur deposition in the reactor, block up in the sufur condenser bundle burnout of H_2S feedstock burner and corrosion of the heat recovery boiler, etc. have been emphatically resolved during the of underload operation. Some aspects encountered during the startup are discussed.

本文对日产50t浆的碱回收系统提高碱回收率降低成本的措施和经验进行了介绍。其中包括:搞好浆碱平衡、黑液提取、稳定操作、加强管理和对消泡器进行技术改造。另外,喷射炉采用造纸废木材代替重油作辅助燃料每年可节约资金30万元以上。
