With the monomers of resorcinol and formaldehyde as precursor, mixing polyethylene glycol in the precursor, PEG-RF carbon with 710 m~2/g in specific surface and 2.8 nm in average pore diameter was synthesized by polymer blend method.
The nitride catalyst of NiWN_x/γ-Al_2O_3 was synthesized by impregnation and blend method and nitrided with N_2-H_2 mixture in process of temperature programmed reduction.
During the 14 h HDN reaction the NiWN_x/γ-Al_2O_3 prepared by impregnation showed the high and stable activity and was a kind of useful catalyst with potential value in industry, while the denitrification percent of NiWN_x/γ-Al_2O_3 prepared by blend method was reduced after 6 h reaction.

It also prepared the nano-CaCO_3/POE-g-GMA/PA66 composites by means of melting blend method, and studied the mechanical properties of the system. The results showed that nano-CaCO_3 and POE-g-GMA have some toughening effect on PA66.

Four antistatic agents were synthesized by phase transfer catalysis in this paper. On the basis of HDPE, antistatic composites were obtained by using, blend method, which comprised of antistatic agents A, B, C and D, respectively. The surface resistivity of composites was measured, and the relationship between antistatic activity and molecule structure were studied.
