In the case of using dilute nitric acid as the oxidizing agent, the optimum conditions under which high yield of humic acids has been obtained with low consumption of nitric acid are found as follows: temperature 50℃, reaction time 1 hour, nitric acid concentration 10%, and the ratio of HNO_3 added (as 100%) to coal 0.5:1 (by weight). In the case of using dilute nitric acid as the oxidizing agent, the optimum conditions under which high yield of humic acids has been obtained with low consumption of nitric acid are found as follows: temperature 50℃, reaction time 1 hour, nitric acid concentration 10%, and the ratio of HNO_3 added (as 100%) to coal 0.5:1 (by weight). When using hot air as the oxidizing agent, a fluidized reactor is used to accelerate the oxidation rate and to maintain uniform reaction temperature. It is found that the yield of oxidized coal which contains 90% (m.a.f.) humic acids after 24 hours of oxidation at 220℃ is about 75%.Some properties of the oxidized coals have been studied. The oxidized coals have been ammoniated by dilute ammonia liquor or NH_3-air mixture, thus giving a water soluble multi-effect fertilizer of organic origin. The ammoniated products can also be used as an effective surface active agent for ceramic muds.

In order to increase the reaction rate in the formation of humic acid by air-oxidation of brown coal with the purpose of seeking a scientific as well as technical basis to see whether it is possible to adopt a continuous process in stead of the ordinary batch one, the oxidation of Tza-Lai-Nor brown coal in air-fluidized bed under pressure has been studied.

为了加速空气氧化生成腐殖酸的反应速度,以及为采用连续过程的可能性提供科学和工艺的依据,在加压流化床中进行了札賚诺尔褐煤空气氧化制取腐殖酸的研究。在本试验装置中考察了压力(0~20大气压)、温度(150~190℃)等条件对腐殖酸生成速度的影响。试验结果指出:压力对于腐殖酸的生成速度有显著影响,达到腐殖酸含量为80%左右所需要的时间与压力成反比关系;温度也是影响腐殖酸生成速度的重要因素,但在该种反应器中,由于结构的限制,散出在氧化早期所产生的大量反应热是很困难的,因此反应温度难以进一步提高,而存在一个“高限温度”。 在本文试验条件下最佳的工艺条件为:20大气压,170℃,反应1.5小时;或为5大气压,190℃,反应2.5~3小时。在这两种情况下,氧化煤中腐殖酸含量为85~87%左右,羧基含量为2.1~2.4毫克当量数/克无灰无水氧化煤左右。

Pulverized-coal-fired precombustion chamber is a kind of new coal burning equipment.By using two precombustion chambers in the boiler SHF-20/13 made by the peking Boiler works,the volumetric heat releasing rate of the furnace has attained the value of 240×103 kcal/m3h,the dimensions of the boiler are greatly reduced,the weight of the steel used is reduced about 35 percent. :After careful observations in a series of experiments,the following improvements are made: modification of the construction of the chamber using II and III type chambers;using a new swirler of smaller attack angle;adding a mixing plate in the duct to make the fuel air mixture more uniform.When some of bituminous coal is used,these improvements make the operation of the precombustion chamber rather reliable.The duration of trouble free operation has attained more than 15 days,without the trouble encountered in the experiment,the duration of operation might be still longer.The experiments show that this kind of precombustion chamer is very prospective.

煤粉予燃室是一种新型的煤粉燃烧方式。北京锅炉厂制造的SHF—20(?)13型锅炉在采用煤粉予燃室后,锅炉炉膛体积热负荷高达240×10~3[大卡/米~3时],锅炉外形尺寸大为缩小,约可节省钢材35%。 煤粉予燃室经过改进,采用了Ⅱ、Ⅲ型予燃筒,35°平面叶片旋流器并加装风粉均匀板,在燃烧灰熔点高的烟煤时,已可连续运行15天以上。试验研究说明煤粉予燃室是可能很有前途的。
