Cockpit temperature condition,is one of common and important factors which have influence on pilot's efficiency.A mathematical model of the cockpit temperature control system(CTCS)has been established on the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental data.According to the theory of automatic control the dynamic and static characteristics of CTCS have been calculated and simulated by means of an electronic computer.The effects of each parameter on the dynamic characteristics of CTCS have been studied systematically,and a quite good combination of parameters is provided.Finally,improvement of CTCS has been investigated and the results of calculation and analysis are presented.

座舱温度状态是影响飞行员工作效率的经常性和主要因素之一。我国目前研制和使用的大多数飞机,座舱温度动态性能差。本文在理论分析和试验的基础上建立了座舱温控系统的数学模型;借助电子计算机并运用自动控制理论计算和模拟了温控系统的动静态特性;系统地分析了各参数对系统动态性能的影响,并给出一组较好的参数组合;探讨了系统的改进方案并给出计算和分析结果。

From the needs of temperature control system design of air conditioning in airplane,firstly,the structural form of dynamic mathematical model for a turbo-cooler is derived theoretically. Then to make the dynamic mathematical model of turbo-cooler conform with the actual turbo-cooler,a way to get the model parameters of dynamic mathematical model of turbo-cooler by experimental identification instead of the theorectical derivation is proposed in this paper. In the paper it is also deduced the calculating formulas of identification and the method,process and conclusion for the identification experiment are also destribed herewith. In the end it is pointed out that the calculation method for the dynamic characteristics of turbo-cooler is presented in detail with an example by use of Euler's method.

从飞机空调的温度控制系统设计的需要出发,首先用理论推导的方法求得涡轮冷却器的动态数学模型的结构形式,然后提出不用理论推导的方法求得涡轮冷却器动态数学模型的模型参数,而用辨识实验的方法求得涡轮冷却器的动态数学模型的模型参数。还推导了辨识的计算公式,论述了辨识实验的方法、步骤和结果。最后提出了涡轮冷却器动态特性的计算方法,并且以欧拉法为例论述了涡轮冷却器动态特性计算的具体公式和步骤。
