To make a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the gas bypass typeof reheater steam temperature control system,one has to know well the influence ofthe proportion of gas flow over the superheater and reheater at various openingangles of the regulating dampers on operating parameters,since the gas flow overthe superheater and reheater determined by thermodynamic calculation is hard toset up in practice.This paper presents a complete set of simplified procedure for calculating,withthe aid of a microcomputer,some data for evaluation of the system performance,such as the rise of reheater outlet steam temperature and drop of superheater outletsteam temperature(the range of temperature control and temperature couplingcharacteristics),the variation of heat absorbed by economizer(self-balancing capabi-lity of the system),the rate of change of temperature(the sensitivity of control),and the relationship between the drag coefficient and theg opening anle of the asgdampers.Compared with the data obtained by thermodynamic calculation,the tesultsobtained by this simplified procedure are satisfactory.

由于热力计算定出的烟气分额在实际运行中难以整定,因而要全面地评价烟气挡板再热器调温系统的性能,应掌握不同挡板开度下烟气量分配对系统各参数变化的影响。本文提出了由微机执行的热力、阻力特性的简化算法,可以求出再热器、过热器的温升温降(调温幅度与耦合特性),省煤器总吸热量变化(系统自身平衡能力),再热器、过热器汽温变化速率(调节灵敏度),以及挡板开度与阻力系数之间的关系等评价调温性能所依据的参数。初步验算结果令人满意。

The main steam temperature control system of No.1 boiler on Dagong Power Station hasn't operated normally for many years. With the help of identification method, the model of main steam temperature process is set up and some deficiencies in the system such as the insufficicent depth of insertion of the thermocouple etc. are found out. Improvements of the system and readjustments of the regulator are made, thus making the steam temperature control system meet the requirements of operation. The on-site test procedure is described in detail and the effects of the thermocouple's insertion depths on performance of the regulator system are analyzed.

大港电厂1号炉主汽温调节系统在运行过程中主汽温波动过大;为寻找原因,改进系统,本文首先采用系统辨识方法,得到实际对象的数学模型,进一步找出了热电偶插入深度过浅等原因;在此基础上,对该系统做了改进和重新整定了调节器,使汽温调节系统满足运行要求。本文对有关试验过程做了详细介绍,并从理论上分析了热电偶插入深度对调节系统的影响。
