This article describes the application of the theory of time-optimum control in the industrial process controlling system. It is found that for objects having time delay, static error cannot be eliminated entirely only by relay control, thus a time-optimum controller with linear region is designed. A comparison between the said controller and the conventional PID controller is given through both analog and field experiments.

A floating coordinate which can simplify system is proposed and experimentally verified. We achieved quantitative and localizahle results for part of memory's faults. Therefore, point array method (that can operate with the compare method simultaneously) is a simple economical,more effective method for both testing and diagnosising integrated RAM.

The rotaion inertia of an object, being determined by calculation or experiment, is one of the basic parameters, which must be accurately realized, The swing-piriod measure instrument is an important component of the measuring system of the rotation inertia of an object. Having analysed the analogical product made in the Soviet Union, taking the user's requirements into consideration and by using the midscale MOS IC, we have improved the function of the instrument as follows. 1. The "discarded" numbers and the "adopted" numbers are taken independently in one measurement; 2. The average measuring value of the swing-periods has increased only by changing the time base; 3. It has the "automatic restoration" as welt as the original "manual restoration" 4. We have the gate-indicating circuit instead of the conventional lamp indicator which is generally used in digital instruments. Because the MOS IC is used in the instrument, the reliability is improved by decreasing the volume, reducing the power consuption and improving the hermetic seal of the case and thus its ability to resist dampness and dust. The instrument is worked reliably when the period is longer than 0.1 second and the amplitude (p-p) lies the range of 1 to 12 volts, and the relative error in the instrument is less than 5×10~(-5).

物体的转动惯量是需要精确知道的物体参数之一。它可以用计算或实测两种方法确定。摆动周期测量仪就是物体转动惯量测量系统的重要仪器。在分析了苏联制造的相似产品以后,根据使用单位的要求和国产器件情况,我们研制的摆动周期测量仪中采用了中规模MOS集成电路,并对仪器的功能作了改进:使一次摆动中测量周期的“舍”数和“取”数独立选取;通过改变时基增加了测量若干周期的“平均值”;除了保留原有“手动复位”装置外,还增加了“自动复位”装置;用闸门指示电路代替一般数字仪器中常用的指示灯闸门指示装置。由于采用MOS器件,使得仪器体积减小、功耗降低、机箱密封、防潮防尘性能改善,有利于提高仪器可靠性。当输入脉冲信号周期大于0.1秒、幅度(p-p)在1—12伏范围内时仪器可靠工作,测量精度达到相对误差≤5×10~(-5)。
