Fluidic shock-drill is a new type of geologic drilling tool. This paper investigates their principles and characteristics. The present author gives an analytical model on their dynamical behaviour based on the theory of Common Mechanics and Fluid Dynamics. Good agreement is obtained between theoretical and experimental results.

The properties, reaction process and reaction dynamics of an inorganic zinc compound-CHUAN SHE 6-1 used as sulfide scavenger for drilling fluids are reviewed, and its efficiency in desulfuration and corrosion prevention evaluated. A comparative study of the scavenger with the iron sponge scavenger (a U. S. product) and MILGARD(also a U. S. product) is described. Field tests show that CHUAN SHE 6-1 reacts rapidly with H_2S and shows high efficiency in removing H_2S at low cost. It can rapidly reduce H_2S concentration...

本文介绍了一种无机锌盐化台物——川设6—1钻井液除硫剂,根据试验结果,论证了它对钻井液的除硫效率和对钻具的防腐效果;并与两种进口的钻井除硫剂进行了对比。现场试验结果表明:川设6—1除硫反应快、效率高、成本低,使钻井液中的硫化氢浓度很快降低到安全界限,从而防止了钻具和套管的硫化物应力腐蚀和失重腐蚀,大大延长了钻具的使用寿命,并避免了钻井操作人员的硫化氢危害。

The article presents the corrosive meduim and its limiting concentration,type of corrosion and tubular failure time during drilling a well It shows using actual examples that H_2S corrosion is the most harmful meduim and corrosion fatigue is the main reason of shorten- ing the life of drilling tools.Various corrosion prevention measures and their results are also presented and emphasis is put on reasonable selectiou of tubular goods and inhibitors.

本文介绍了钻井过程中的腐蚀介质及其极限浓度、腐蚀类型和管材破坏时间。并通过实例说明硫化氢腐蚀危害最大,腐蚀疲劳是缩短钻具使用寿命的主要原因。同时阐明了各种防腐措施及其效果,重点介绍了管材和防腐剂的合理选用。
