DETERMINATION OF ACTIVE-CENTER CONCENTRATION AND KINETIC STUDIES OF SOME NEODYMIUM CATALYSTS IN THE POLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE Ⅰ. INFLUENCE OF POLYMERIZATION CONDITIONS ON THE NUMBER OF ACTIVE CENTERS
The effect of monosialioganglioside-Gm1 content on the super-molecular structures was also determined. At a critical concentration of monosialiogan- glioside-Gm1, the structure transition from Im3m(Q229) to Pn3m(Q224) occurred.
Average concentration of iron, zinc and calcium in buckwheat were 59.1 μg/g, 38.5 μg/ g and 179.4 μg/g, respectively. Coefficients of variation of the three elements were 45%(Fe), 24.8%(Zn) and 18.9(Ca) respectively.
The obtained result shows that the complex ratio is 1:1 in pH3.0 buffer solution of potassium acid phthalate and hydrochloric acid,the great absorption wavelength is 424 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.87×105 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed for the relation between the absorbance and the concentration of Zn2+ in the range of 0-0.14 ug/mL.
The limits of qualification(S/N=3) and quantification(S/N=10) for 12 SAs were 1 μg/g and 2-3 μg/g,respectively. The correlation coefficient of linear calibration curve was over 0.999 7 within the SAs concentration range of 1-25 mg/L(except sulfanitran 0.5-12.5 mg/L).
