本文论述了两个问题:一是中国古代教育心理思想发展的四个基本特点,即:它是教育实践的产物,以儒学家派为主体,涉及到教育中的全部心理问题,未形成完整的结构体系。二是中国古代教育心理思想发展的六大成就和贡献,即:提出了学知论和性习论,初步揭示了学习过程的实质和规律,初步探索了品德结构和德育过程,初步总结了一套学习和德育的原则、方法,初步考察了非智力因素的作用,提供了总结经验的研究方法。

Several important concepts of non-intglli-gence factors in ancient China are summed upin the paper as follows:“aspiration, attentive-ness, kindness, cheerfulness, constancy andmodesty”.Their basic implications are also dis-cussed.The author maintans that as the con-cepts of non-intelligence factors held by an-cient Chinese scholars are different from thoseof modern psychology, they are uniquely valu-able.The paper elaborates on the importanceof the ancient concepts to learning.

本文将我国古代几个重要的非智力因素概念概括为“一志五心”。一志,指“立志”;五心,指“专心、好心、乐心、恒心、虚心”,并探讨了“一志五心”的基本涵义。作者认为,我国古代学者使用的非智力因素概念与现代心理学的非智力因素概念并不是完全周延的,所以有其独特价值.在阐释概念的基础上,本文着重论述了“一志五心”在学习中的重要作用。
