An isolate of Trichoderma harzianum (T-82) was collectad from a rice leaf surface in 1977. Autoclaved wheat bran inoculated with conidia of T. harzianum was highly effective against Southern blight disease of Jasmine (Jasminum) . When T. harzianum preparation was mixed with soil at rates of 0.5 or 0.7g/kg soil, and applied to pots or fields for biocontrol of Jasmine Southern blight disease, Sclerotium rolfsii, the percentages of the disease plants were significently reduced by 97.62% and 100% respectively....

本文用同工酶技术研究了豆蚜种群消长与蚕豆苗生长的相互关系。结果表明,接蚜初期豆蚜种群呈指数曲线增长。当豆蚜种群密度达饱和时,蚕豆苗过氧化物酶活性增加32.6%,同工酶谱在 C 区酶带增加一条,蚕豆苗生长受到影响,导致豆蚜种群呈指数曲线下降。当过氧化物酶活性增加52%,C 区酶带增加两条时,豆蚜几乎全部迁离植株,且不能回接。根据豆蚜与蚕豆苗间的相互关系,提出了控制豆蚜与蚕豆苗生长的相互比例关系方法。

In the investigations on the resources of pathogenic microorganisms of insects, 6 species of entomogenous fungi,representing 4 genera (Beauveria、Metarhizium、Entomophthora, Tarichium), have been isolated from the corpses of Bothynoderes punctiventries and other five species of insects in the Western part of Inner Mongolia. 在对内蒙西部地区昆虫病原微生物资源调查中,从甜莱象(虫甲)等六种病死虫体上,分离到四属六种虫生真菌,即绿僵菌、白僵菌、蝗虫霉和干尸虫霉等。接种试验表明,所分离到的绿僵菌和白僵菌对其原来寄主昆虫都有一定的感染致病能力,有希望用于这些害虫的生物防治。
