It is proposed in this article that the wages of employees in an enter- prise be based on two separate parts - one part of which be related to his/her seniority while the other to his/her merits.The measure of one′s merits (one′s grade on the wage scale) is the economic contribution which accounts for the three factors viz.Output,quality and consump- tion.The three factors are unified quantitatively into price as the mea- sure,and uncontrollable factors for the employee with respect to each of the above...

Basing on the observation that, as far as the enterprises are concerned, the prin-cipal challenge to them in economic reforms is the problem of how the realizationof the value of commodities is to be regulated, the author of the present articleemphasizes that the key to the persistent vitality in the enterprises' behaviour lies inthe research on the opening up of mature markets. Taking into account of the practi-cal conditions in China and the experience in the developed countries, he argues that,in order effectively to practise the strategies and techniques developed in the ma-ture market, the enterprises must make earnest efforts in scientific researches, deve-lopment of new products, production systems and administration and also in their at-tempts to enter the world market, efforts which could give them such qualities asflexibility, quick reactivity and stability, qualities needed in the complicated andchangeful conditions.

本文指出,经济体制改革对企业来说,挑战主要是来自对商品价值实现过程的管理。因此,研究成熟市场的开拓,才是使企业的经济生活继续保持活力的关键所在。针对目前我国的实际情况,参照经济发达国家的经验,作者认为,企业要想充分有效地利用成熟市场开拓的各种战略与技巧,就必须在科学研究、产品革新、生产系统、组织管理和走向世界市场等方面下功夫,以便使企业能在纷繁复杂、变化多端的环境中灵活应变,反应敏捷,立于不败之地。

As a study of the possible role which the psycholgical test could play in the de-cision making on the personnel affairs of the institutions, the present article dealswith the necessity and importance of such tests as means for appraisal and selectionbefore giving a historical account of their application. This is followed by the expo-sition on how such tests could be used in the selection, assignment, appraisal andtraining, with emphasis on selection, to which the author gives a comprehensive review.

本文探讨了作为评价和选拔人才工具之一的心理测验在组织人事管理决策中的应用。首先,论证了心理测验在人事决策中运用的必要性和重要性;其次,阐述了心理测验在人事管理中应用的历史,以及在组织人员选拔分配、评价、训练等人事管理各方面的应用,并较全面地论述了在组织人员选拔决策中的运用。
