Several processes developpcd in recent years to produce metal matrix composites using liquid metals have been described. Charactcristics,advantagcs and disadvantages of these processes also have been discussed.

This paper presents a technique of chemical coppering of carbon fiber, and the effects of various coating parameters on the coating characteristics were studied. It was found that it is possible to coat copper on a carbon fiber surface by using an electroless technique. It was uniform and continuous. The rate of the coating is mainly controlled by the concentration of HCHO in the coating solution. The copper coated fibers were successfully applied to fabract the carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites....

本文提出一种碳纤维的化学镀铜技术,研究了各种工艺参数对镀层特性的影响。结果表明,使用化学镀技术在碳纤维表面镀铜是成功的,镀层均匀、连续;镀铜速率主要受镀液中HCHO的浓度控制。应用此镀铜碳纤维成功地制造出碳纤维增强铝基复合材料。

Influence of the technologic parameters of isothermal hot indirect extrusion (IHIE) on the superplasticity of Al-matrix composites has been researched. The design of die and technologic device are discussed. The experiment results show that Al-matrix composites appear better superplasticity in IHIE state.

本文研究了等温热反挤压工艺参数对铝基复合材料超塑性的影响,并就模具、工装设计进行了论述。实验结果表明,等温热反挤压工艺可使铝基复合材料获得超塑性。
