The corrosion resistance of die casting Mg alloy specimen and products was investigated under different technical conditions. The results showed that the surface treatment of micro-arc oxidation can fully meet the requirements of corrosion resistance for automobile housing under proper technical condition. 对采用不同清洗方法和前处理工艺的压铸镁合金进行了微弧氧化表面处理 ,考察了不同工艺条件下 ,镁合金压铸试样板以及实际压铸产品的抗腐蚀能力 ,分析了影响镁合金腐蚀性能的因素 ,并与达克罗处理工艺的抗腐蚀性能进行了对比。试验结果表明 ,采用合适的工艺 ,微弧氧化表面处理完全可以满足汽车壳体类零件的抗腐蚀性能要求。
