    The conditions of college student's psychological health are being worried by society. This paper focuses upon ten reference criterions for evaluating the psychological heatth of college students. It analyses some internal and external causes which offect psychological health.It offeres some counter measures and methods to improve the psychological health of college students.

    With Cattell's questionnare on sixteen personality factors(16PF),We surveyed 32 college stu-dents who were the winners of Chinese National Prize of College Student Practical science and Technol-ogy Invention Competition.We compared results with the Norm of Chinese College Students and obtained four personality factors in which there were significant difference between the scores of creative college student and the norm.We also compared this results with the results of Cattell's study(Cattell,R....

B. & Buttcher H.J,1968)and Zhang's study(Zhang, Q .L & Xie, G.H,1993),and come to conclude some common creative personality traits acrase cultures. Hypothesis of two type of creative personality traits were ad-vanced。

    Through the description on the present situation of college stu-dents' mental health and as per the characteristics in the development of stu-dents' physiology and psychology, this paper analyzes the developing factors which in-fluence college students'mentality: hereditary quality is the foundation and premise, so-cial circumstance is the key, and the subjective factor plays an important part in the adjustment. Author thinks that to realize correctly the social environment and subjective factor will produce great influence on college students' mental health and the fosteringof their self-accepting attitude; to make use of the adaptation mechanism of men-tal frustration Scientifically will decrease the anxiety; to utilize correctly the informal group' s influence on students will form a small good environment to decrease students' mental block; to set up correct attitude towards life will enhance the toler-ance for frustration and form appropriate expectancy value to avoid faul. Through all these approaches and methods, the development of college students'mental health can be promoted.

    本文通过对大学生心理健康现状的描述,根据大学生生理、心理发展的特点,分析了影响大学生心理发展的因素:遗传素质是基础和前提;社会环境是关键;主观因素起着重要的调节作用。本文认为:正确认识社会环境和主观因素对大学生心理健康的巨大影响,培养大学生自我接受的态度;科学利用心理挫折的适应机制,减轻焦虑;正确利用非正式群体对学生的影响,形成良好的小环境,减少大学生心理障碍;确立正确的人生态度,增强挫折容忍力,形成适度期望值,避免失误。通过这些途径和方法,促进大学生心理健康发展。
