Nonsignificantly - positive sterile - cytoplasmic effects on dry matter production, ranging from 1. 37 ~ 1. 47 g· m-2· day-1 on an average, are found at early growth stage of hybrid rice across 4 supply N treatments, but the situation is quite different at late growth stage, especially in exposure of hybrid rice...

Further analysis suggests that this process is closely related to the activities of RUBPcase, ATPase and defense enzymes at late growth stage of hybrid rice, indicating the same reaction of cytoplasmic effects on them, particularly under the nitrate stress. Finally the physiological relationship between polyamine metabolism and changes in the activities of defense enzymes and the amount of free radicals is also discussed in this paper.

The results from present research indicated that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in flag leaves of hybrid rice decreased as the plant aged, exposed to different nitrogen rates, while the MDA contents increased. Under the soil drought stress,content of MDA,that is the product of lipid peroxidation,and electrolyte leakage in the needles of korean pine( Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et .Zucc) seedlings increased suddenly after 3 days of drought treatment.Autoxidation rate increased in the beginning and after 3 days stress it decreased to the level of that before the stress.Activity of cell defense enzymes SOD,POD and CAT all increased markedly and ASP activity decreased.The results of PEG drought stress are different from that of soil drought stress in some way.The treatment of -1.0 MPa PEG solution had obvious drought stress effect to the seedling.But the treatment of -0.4 MPa PEG solution did no harm to the seedling,even in the beginning it can make the content of MDA decreasing significantly.This indicates that PEG solution of low concentration perhaps has some protective function for korean pine seedlings.

随着土壤的逐渐干旱,红松(PinuskoraiensisSieb.et.Zucc)幼苗叶中膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜相对透性均在干旱处理后第3天迅速上升;组织自动氧化速率先是增加,在干旱处理第3天后恢复到处理前水平;保护酶SOD、POD、CAT 的活性明显提高,只有ASP的活性下降。用PEG 模拟干旱胁迫与土壤自然干旱胁迫结果略有不同,- 1.0MPa PEG溶液对红松幼苗具有较为明显的干旱胁迫效应,而- 0.4MPa PEG 不仅对红松幼苗无明显伤害,在处理初期还使MDA 含量明显减少,表明低浓度PEG 可能对红松幼苗具有一定的保护作用。
