Field trails with the traps baited with synthetic pheromone in 34 peach orchard in Sichuan from the spring of 1978 to the summer of 1979 show that the attractiveness of the synthetic pheromone is prominent in comparison with that conducted with usual liquor sugar-vinegar. The total chromium content is measured by improved DPC spectrophotometry. After being compared with other existing methods, the accuracy and precision of this method turns out rather satisfactory. 本文通过大量实验研究了猪肝、洋白菜、桃叶等样品微量铬的测定方法.实验表明,对这类痕迹量铬的样品,应采用混酸(HNO_3—HClO_4)浸泡,消解完全;然后在硫酸介质中以KMnO_4为氧化剂,使铬被氧化到Cr(Ⅵ);调解pH至5~6,趁热分离干扰物质;严格控制显色条件;最后以改进的DPC分光分度法测其总铬含量。由于这些样品铬测定报道尚少,故通过对多种方法和对比方法之比较,提出了测定这类样品痕迹量铬的最佳条件和方法。此法准确度和精密度是令人满意的。
