Methods:30 cases normal pregnant women of healthy control and 60 cases gestational diabetes mellitus patients are divided into three groups according to the level of blood glycatedhaemoglobin(HbA1c<6.5%,6.5～8.0%,>8.0%).
Results:(1) In supernatant of cultured PHA induced PBMC, the levels of IFNγ,TNF αof normal pregnant women were 501±149 ng/L and 813±200 ng/L, which were significantly lower than those of normal non-pregnant women, 501±149 ng/L and 813±200 ng/L(P<0.05);
Results ToX, RuV, CMV, HSV 1, HSV 2 IgM antibody positive rates of 867 pregnant women were 3.0%, 6.1%, 3.8% , 2.6% and 1.2%, respetively. Those of 295 child bearing age women were 2.8%, 1.0%, 3.0%, 0.68% and 0.68%, respectively.
