The paper proposes an anolog finite element method which is simple, effective and is reliably quick to discriminate the basic filling capability of the forging die. The finite element analoging software of two dimensions, having both the plastic and elastic features, has been developed. The simulational calculation of the typical forged piece is carried out and verified by experiments. The result shows this method is simple to use, accurate and reliable, and enables the final forging die designed to upgrade the rate of success, to shorten the design time, and the manufacture period.

终锻模的充填能力是锻模设计的重要问题,它直接影响锻件能否成形。本文提出了一种简单而有效的有限元模拟法,能可靠快速地判别锻模是否具有了最基本的充填能力。开发了二维弹塑性有限元模拟软件,对典型锻件进行了模拟计算与实验验证。结果表明,该法准确可靠,简便易行,能够提高终锻模设计的成功率,缩短设计、制造周期。
