Shotcrete support experiment was carried out in theexperimental tunnel in July 1973. It proved that the application of shotcretefor temporary support can give good results in quickly sealing up the sur-rounding rock from weathering and in reducing the rock deformation. Theadoption of shotcrete support in such strata has also rendered economic benefitsand proved itself to be a good construction method.

镜泊湖地下水电站的圆形有压尾水隧洞出口段,设计开挖直径为7.8米,其中长40余米一段穿越软弱易风化的第三纪地层,围岩稳定性很差。1973年7月进行了试验洞的开挖和喷混凝土试验,9月开始施工。实践证明对半胶结、软弱易风化的第三纪地层采用喷混凝土加固围岩,能有效地限制围岩变形发展,具有明显的经济意义,是一种较好的施工方法。

This paper presents the study in-situ on stress field of rock mass aroundthe dam area of Ertan hydropower station. By means of two different measureinstruments and the method of stress relief, a lot of measure in-situ has beendone, including stress measurement of three dimensions at seven points, singlehole stress measurement of two dimensoins at five points and two deep-holestress measurements in the perpendicular boreholes which are 59.4m and 53mdeep seperately. This paper presents the study in-situ on stress field of rock mass aroundthe dam area of Ertan hydropower station. By means of two different measureinstruments and the method of stress relief, a lot of measure in-situ has beendone, including stress measurement of three dimensions at seven points, singlehole stress measurement of two dimensoins at five points and two deep-holestress measurements in the perpendicular boreholes which are 59.4m and 53mdeep seperately. These results show that stress distribution has three areas, thearea of loosed stress, the area of concentrated stress and the area of stablestress. In the process of the deep-borehole stress measurement we got the stressvalue in critical state in which cylindrical core would become core-disking at10th point with 37.5m in depth. The maximum principal stress is up to 650kg/cm~2.The stress value obtained by test and the thickness of rock disks basicallyaccording to the analysis by mechanical mechanism of core-disking. The plane linear elastic finite element analysis has been completed. Resultsof inverse calculation according to the measurement results in four differentpoints. The whole ontline of the stress field of dam site is delineated clearly.The research results on stress field provided important basis for choosingscheme on pivod arrangement of the hydropower station.

本文介绍了二滩坝区岩体应力场的现场研究。采用两种不同的方法进行了七个点的空间应力测量,五个点的单孔平面应力测量和两个深孔应力测量——一个孔深59.4米,另一个孔深53米。应力测量结果表明,河谷地区的应力分布具有三个区域:应力松弛区,应力集中区,应力平稳区。在深孔应力测量过程中,在孔深37.5米处成功地获得了岩芯饼状破裂临界状态下的应力值。实测最大主应力高达650公斤/厘米~2。此应力值和岩饼厚度与高应力状态下岩芯饼状破裂力学机制研究结果基本吻合。最后进行了一个剖面的线弹性有限元分析,在四个有实验数据对比的地方反演分析与实测结果基本相符。有限元反演分析勾画出了坝区岩体应力场的整体轮廓。应力场研究结果对电站枢纽布置方案的选择提供了重要依据。

Measurements of stress in clay layer were carried out within the reservoir area of the Long Yang Xia Hydropower Station on the Yellow River. Although this clay is super-consolidated clay layer with high density, the modulus of elasticity is still low (E=5760 kg/cm2) and it is disintegrated quickly when submerged in water. For probing the borehole, innovation has been made on the strainmeter and the measuring technique in order to carry out the measurements of stress in such a clay layer.

我们在黄河龙羊峡水电站库区进行了粘土层的地应力测量。该粘土层属于超固结高密度的粘土,但其弹性模量仍较小(E=5760kg/cm~2),而且遇水迅速崩解。为了在这种粘土层中进行地应力测量,我们对测量探头(孔径变形计)和测量技术都进行了改革。 本文对这次粘土层地应力测量的探头设计和测量技术给以说明,并对测量成果做了初步分析。
