This paper describes the principle of electric braking of hydropower station by microcomputer and time-optimal control law. The hardware structure of control equipment and its flow chart are presented as well. Then the processing of on-line closed-loop monitoring and the characteristics of control program are introduced. The merit of electric brake by microcomputer is analyzed. Some limitations for implementation in programming are proposed. It has been shown that stochastic disturbing pulse is the main factor for the reliability of this equipment. So a certain digital filtering method is successfully used to avoid its influence, and its reliability has been increased.

本文介绍了根据时间最优控制原则,用微处理机实现水电站电气制动控制的原理,微处理机电气制动控制装置的硬件结构、控制流程图,并阐述了控制装置在线闭环监控的工作过程和控制程序的特点;分析了微处理机控制电气制动的优越性;提出了程序设计中必须考虑现场一、二次设备的某些实际限制条件。在研究过程中发现:随机干扰脉冲是影响最优控制装置工作可靠性的关键,为此采用了软件滤波办法从而成功地消除了随机干扰脉冲的影响,提高了装置的可靠性。

This paper discusses the mathematical model for optimal unit commitment of cascade hydropower stations, and fitting the water head-storage curves by method of linear least squares. This paper also solves the optimal unit commitment problem of cascade hydropower stations by the optimal decomposition method of large scale system, and we compute this problem for the real cascade hydropower system on a microcomputer. It will produce a notable economic scheduling of cascade hydropower stations....
