The result show that: ①The bond strength of denture teeth to denture base is changed with the quality of the denture material and the matching between the different bands of materials and the different brands of resin denturn teeth. (2) The ground rough bonding surface can remarkably enhance the bond strength of denture teeth to denture base.

Results: In normal occlusion, the main stress of most apical areas directed distolingually, while those of Angle II1 occlusal model distobuccally. Values of main apical stress in Angle II1 were generally higher than those of normal occlusion.The highest value of all apical areas were in the last molar in Angle II1 model instead of medial root of the first molar in normal occlusion. Conclusion : Alterations of occlusal pattern caused by changes of long axis direction and incline guide style may influence the directions and values of main apical stress.

AIM: To investigate the effect of partial posterior teeth loss to the apical occlusal stress distribution. METHODS: Epoxy resin models of normal and teeth (right first and second molar teeth) loss occlusion set up by identical plastic teeth were employed to determine the stress distribution in apical area of the tooth socket under 2.0kg vertical load. The values and directions of main stress were measured. The long axes inclination of the mandibular teeth were also considered. RESULTS: There was no difference in the long axes inclination between two occlusions. The mesio-distal and buccal-lingual directions of the main apical stress in two occlusal types had no distinct alteration. The main apical stress value of left side opposite to teeth loss side was much higher than that from the normal occlusion and the side with loss of partial posterior teeth. CONCLUSION: The alteration of teeth number would not affect the directions of the main apical stress, but would cause re-distribution of main apical stress load. [

目的 :探讨单侧部分后牙缺失对下颌牙根尖应力分布规律的影响。方法 :采用透明环氧树脂复制以相同牙排列而成的正常牙合及右侧第二、三磨牙缺失的下颌模型各 1副 ,2 .0kg垂直加载后 ,投影式光弹仪上观测各牙根尖主应力的大小与方向。并分析其与下颌牙根轴的二维倾角关系。结果 :两种咬合的牙长轴倾斜程度间无显著差异 ,根尖主应力方向在近远中向切面或颊舌向切面上也无显著差别。但缺牙对侧牙根尖主应力值普遍比正常牙合高 ,也显著高于缺失侧 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :单纯牙数的改变不会对下颌牙根尖主应力方向产生明显影响 ,但可以影响根尖应力的大小和分布
