A new method for analysing and calculating angles on cutting tools by means of projective geometry, vector algebra and matrix algebra is suggested. This method makes it possible to turn the solid geometry problem into a plane geometry one, and to deduce the relationship between the various angles of cutting tools more readily, promptly and intuitively. 在机械产品加工中,如汽轮机叶片,凸轮等,是根据给出在各平截面的一些点(型值点)的数据。要求用数控加工出符合要求的工件或各式模具。为此,一般须考虑如下几个方而问题。一、工件外型曲面的形成。我们用放样的方法,先由各截面上型值点用大挠度样条插值出一条光顺的曲线,再由光顺的线型用基样条函数产生出光顺的曲面。这种方法的特点是不但保证所给出的曲面点点通过原始型值点。而且通过每一光顺过的线型。二、加工方式和刀具选择及刀具路径的计算。在国外由于机床是多联动的,往往采用球状铣刀,而国内大部分是二联动三坐标机床,为提高工效,采用盘状铣刀。同时刀具平面只能在同一平面上运动,即以空间问题平面化来加工工件。本文无须包络面,只是利用接触条件可简单地导出刀具路径轨迹。三、加工中刀具与工件的干涉问题。需要计算工件及刀具的法曲率,以保证在对应点及对应切方向,刀具的法曲率大于工什的法曲率。本文将给出保证不干涉的简单判别方法。下面将分别予以敍述:

According to the observation of new workpiece surface and the correlative built-up edge (B. U. E.), it is known that the appearance of plowing on the new workpiece surface is due to the cutting by the overhanging of B. U. E.. From the results of measurement, the relationship between the cutting conditions and the depth of plowing and the relationship between the cutting conditions and height of scaling were obtained. After comparing the curves showing the depth of plowing vs. cutting conditions with the curves...

According to the observation of new workpiece surface and the correlative built-up edge (B. U. E.), it is known that the appearance of plowing on the new workpiece surface is due to the cutting by the overhanging of B. U. E.. From the results of measurement, the relationship between the cutting conditions and the depth of plowing and the relationship between the cutting conditions and height of scaling were obtained. After comparing the curves showing the depth of plowing vs. cutting conditions with the curves showing the overhanging of B. U. E. vs. cutting conditions, it is found that, in the presence of B. U. E., the depth of plowing depends on the overhanging of the B. U. E., in the absence of the B. U. E. when the continuous chip is formed, the depth of plowing depends on the unevenness of the cutting edge of the cutting tool. Aftcr observing the curve of the height of scaling vs. the cutting conditions in connection with the curve of rake angle of B. U. E. vs. the cutting conditions, it is found that, before the height of scaling reached the maximum, the. rake angle of B. U. E. bestows the dominant effect on the height of sealing, the height of scaling increases with decreasing rake angle of B. U. E., and decreases with the increasing rake angle of B. U. E.

通过对切削表面和与之相关的积屑瘤的观察,指出:由于积屑瘤伸出切削刃之外,以致在切削表面上切出犁沟。通过测量,得到了一些切削条件与犁沟深度及与鳞刺高度之间的关系。把切削条件与犁沟深度的关系曲线和积屑瘤伸出量的关系曲线联系起来观察之后发现:犁沟深度取决于积屑瘤的伸出量,在没有积屑瘤时则取决于切削刃的不平度。在将切削条件与鳞刺高度关系曲线和与积屑瘤前角的关系曲线联系起来观察之后发现:在鳞刺高度达到最大值之前,积屑瘤前角对鳞刺高度有决定性的作用,当积屑瘤前角减小时,鳞刺高度随之增大,当积屑瘤前角增大时,鳞刺高度减小。
