    Using method of intracellular recording miniature endplate potentials (MEPP) and resting membrane potentials (RMP), the axonal regeneration after a crush lesion, the testing lesion (TL), and the effect of conditioning lesion (CL) 16 days prior to TL were observed in preparation of peroneus nerve-extensor digitorum longus muscle of rats. The results showed that 1-10 days after TL, the presynaptic spontaneous transmitter release disappeared completely and RMP of the muscle fibers was reduced continuously....

    Using method of intracellular recording miniature endplate potentials (MEPP) and resting membrane potentials (RMP), the axonal regeneration after a crush lesion, the testing lesion (TL), and the effect of conditioning lesion (CL) 16 days prior to TL were observed in preparation of peroneus nerve-extensor digitorum longus muscle of rats. The results showed that 1-10 days after TL, the presynaptic spontaneous transmitter release disappeared completely and RMP of the muscle fibers was reduced continuously. 14 days after TL, MEPP of low frequency and prolonged duration reappeared. RMP was partially restored. By 30 days after TL, the frequency and duration of MEPP still not returned to normal, being 60% and 169% of control respectively, and RMP was only 84% of control values. In CL group, MEPP reappeared on 10th day after TL, being earlier than TL alone. In the following days its frequency and duration and RMP recovered quickly, being about 78%, 120% and 97% of control respectively on 30th day after TL. It is considered that CL can accelerate spontaneous MEPP reappearance and RMP restoration during axonal regeneration.

    Axonal regeneration following axotomy(the testing lesion TL ) is altered as a result of the axon having undergone a previous injury ( the conditioning lesion CL ) .We refer to this change as a conditioning lesion effect. Up to 30 days after TL, the ratio and ACh sensitivity (about 0.5 and 0.22 g re-spertively) still did not return to normal. In CL group, however, they returned to normal quickly ( about 0.8 and 0.08 g respectively ) in 30 days after TL. It is conclued that CL can accelerate axonal regeneration.

    以大鼠腓神经伸趾长肌为标本。用不同频率的直接刺激,间接刺激引起肌肉收缩的比值和肌肉对ACh敏感性测定为指标,观察条件损伤对运动神经再生的影响。结果显示:条件损伤组在损伤后15、20、30天时肌肉收缩功能恢复均较对照组快,且突触后ACh敏感性也较对照组恢复的快。说明条件损伤有促进运动神经再生作用。

    Minced sciatic nerve authograft was implanted into hemisection spinal cord of rats. Axonal regeneration of spinal cord were examined by means of the horseradish peroxidase retrograde labelling technique at 3 months post--transplantation. The results indicated that intra-spinal transplantation of minced sciatic nerve enhance greatly regeneration of lesioned spinal cord. Moreover, implanted nerve tissue intergrated in the spinal cord and formed new neurofiber connections.

    将碎化的自体坐骨神经植入大鼠的半横断损伤脊髓内,用辣根过氧化物酶逆行示踪技术及组织学方法,检查了移植术后脊髓的再生能力。结果表明,自体坐骨神经脊髓内移植能明显增加损伤脊髓的再生,而且移植的神经组织与脊髓相互融合,并形成新的纤维性连接。
