In accordance with problems of rotating Machinery condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, a fuzzy alarming method and a feature space abnormal state recognition method are proposed. Fuzzy pattern recognition methods for rotating machinery fault diagnosis are introduced. These methods are analysed and compared by making use of four fault examples.

The test provides a reliable help for the maintenance and safe operation of the compressor.

通过使用自行研制开发的SMMDA-Ⅱ型多功能设备状态监测诊断分析仪对首钢二炼钢厂2 ̄#风机进行了综合测试振动分析,找出该风机异常振动的主要原因是由风机转子不平衡与电机转子不平衡引起,同时发现电机轴与风机轴对中性不好,而且电机自由端转动体与支承存在严重磨碰,为该风机的检修及安全运行提供了可靠的帮助。
