The probablity of this new process as put into production isdiscussed and analyzed theoretically, and results by plant test are intro-duced. A series of tests can be verified that the process of chain gratemachine-rotary kiln availabe. The essential expenses of raw materials bynew process are only 1/3 to 1/2 of that by prevailing domestic process, andphysical and chemical properties of trial-products by new process havebeen come up to Ⅱ grade of iron powder, National standard. Anthracitecoal as a reducing agent may be taken the place of charcoal by new process,thus extending the source of sorts of reducing agents and saving the retortsof ceramic and sheet iron with the result that a great deal of materialresource and costs would econmized. There exists a fairly good working con-dition than before and then it easily helps to bring about mechanization.Therefoe, such a new process may be considercd as new approach in ourcountry rapidly to develop the iron powder production.

本文简介了用链篦机—回转窑作为粉末冶金铁粉生产一次还原的工艺流程。讨论了采用链篦机—回转窑法生产铁粉的可能性、作了理论分析,介绍了工业试验结果。实验证明采用链篦机—回转窑生产铁粉工艺上可行;主要原、材料消费仅为现有工艺的1/3~1/2;试验产品的理化性能符合国家二级铁粉标准;可用无烟煤等代替木炭作还原剂,扩大了还原剂来源;省去了陶瓷罐和薄铁皮罐,为国家节省大量耐火材料和薄铁皮;劳动条件较好,易于实现机械化,因此链篦机—回转窑法是迅速发展我国铁粉生产的一条新路。

The mechanism of deterioration of coke in the blast furnace has been studied. The reactivity of coke in the lower part of the furnace and the deterioration of coke by the circulating movement in the raceway are the main causes for the production of coke powder. Hot drum test for cokes in several of our large blast furnaces have been made according to the test methods of Oita Works in Japan. Based upon the causes of coke deterioration in the blast furnace and the hot drum test results, it is proposed that...

The mechanism of deterioration of coke in the blast furnace has been studied. The reactivity of coke in the lower part of the furnace and the deterioration of coke by the circulating movement in the raceway are the main causes for the production of coke powder. Hot drum test for cokes in several of our large blast furnaces have been made according to the test methods of Oita Works in Japan. Based upon the causes of coke deterioration in the blast furnace and the hot drum test results, it is proposed that the coke for modern ultra large blast furnaces should be made from an appropriate coking coal mixture and with a ash content not more than 12%.

"The benefited high quality burden" means the burden having following specialities, namely: high-grade, stability, heat-prepared, uniformity, smallness and free from fines. A high iron content of the burden is a necessary term for raising productivity and lowering coke consumption. In order to obtain high-grade sinters and pellets with proper stability in composition, high iron content, lower ferrous oxide content, higher strength, close size range and less fines, it is necessary to take efficient measures, such as fine-grinding and having it well beneficiated, improving the mixing and blending of the raw materials, choosing the proper size range of sinters, properly decreasing fuel consumption and making up good proportion of high basicity sinter and low basicity pellet, apart from careful operation and strict control of the agglomeration. Moreover, it is also necessary to have the more powerful agglomerating equipment and automatic control of agglomerating process; these can not only save man power, but also provide reliable means for achieving good quality and high production.

精料是高炉强化的基础.精料的内容可以概括为"高、稳、熟、小、匀、净"六个字.提高含铁品位是增产节焦的前提,也是精料的基础.要获得成分稳定、品位高、氧化亚铁低、强度好、粒度均匀、粉末少的优质烧结矿和球团矿,除了对造块过程本身进行精心的操作和严密的控制外,还必须采取一系列措施:如注意铁矿的细磨深选;加强原料时混匀中和;进行烧结矿的整粒;降低燃料用量以及生产高碱度烧结矿和低碱度球团矿搭配使用等都是行之有效的方法.另一方面,造块设备的大型化和生产过程的自动控制和调节,不仅节省人力而且为产品的优质高产提供了可靠的手段.
