Objective: To observe the expression levels of serum C-Reactive Protein(CRP), tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1) and the ratio of t-PA/PAI-1 in acute cerebral infarction(ACI), explore the relationships between serum CRP, the activity of fibrinolytic system and ACI's different types of syndrome of TCM, offer micro indexes of ACI's differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM.
Results:①The quantitative volume of TCM phlegmdampness syndrome (痰湿证) were obviously positively related with level of ET ( r =0 72, P <0 01),and wind syndrome (风证),firehot syndrome (火热证) and blood stasis syndrome (血瘀证) were following ( r =0 38-0 46,all P <0 01).
Methods Using the table of syndrome quantitative diagnosis formulated according to experiences of nationwide apoplectic experts,we scorede the patient's syndrome at initial stage for 151 cases,at the same time the levels of plasma IL-6 and TNF-α were determined by RIA. According to the scoreds of their syndrome the patients were divided into two groups,one is FENG(wind)syndrome,the other is NON-FENG syndrome.
Objective:To study the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome qrantitative volume and endothelin(ET),insular hormone in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) in initial stage.
Conclusions:ET,INS and GLU participates the formation and development of TCM syndrome with ischemic storke. The pattern of change was in accordance with etiology and pathogenesis of TCM. ET may be one of the cerebral pathologic basis of ACI.
